The WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) playoffs are here, and we are proud to tip things off by sharing a first look at our partnership with the Connecticut Sun. Together we built a cross-partner campaign that turned 8 unique sponsor relationships into one cohesive system, a series of videos, design, and storytelling that elevated partnerships and amplified the Sun’s identity on and off the court. From playful chaos to grounded reflection, we created a range of stories that showed the athletes in their full light while setting a new standard for WNBA sponsor content. Until the full case study drops, enjoy some behind the scenes coverage and check out the initial case study here: https://lnkd.in/eTeUxS7V Stay tuned for the deeper dive coming soon. ***The Crew*** DP: Cristian Bernal Supervising Producer: Victoria Vargas Producer: Mikkoh Account Lead: Alfred "Fredo" Adarkwah Creative Lead: George Nichols IV Camera Operator: Mada Malone Editor: Connor Cuevas Senior Designer: Corinne Baptiste Head of Design: Quinnton Harris #WNBABasketball #ConnecticutSun #GhostNote #Resonance

In a time when culture, inclusion, and honesty in America are under attack, our CEO Steven Jumper reflects on resilience, community, and the work of telling the American story in full.
In this moment—when inclusion, culture, and even the idea of truth in America are under attack—I've been thinking a lot about resilience, community, and the very purpose of Ghost Note in times like these. Here’s my latest essay: “Viability and the American Story.”

Love this reminder about trust from our Director of Growth Alfred "Fredo" Adarkwah. #buildtrust #relationships #resonance
Lately, I've come to believe that the best work starts with trust. Relationships, like great ideas, are built over time through listening, showing up, and navigating challenges together. I’ve seen this play out in early discovery meetings, mapping out big visions with clients, finding common ground between competing priorities, and steering projects forward when the answers weren’t obvious. Trust is built in the in-between - in the calls no one sees, the honest check-ins, the quiet moments of listening/understanding, the late nights solving problems, and the patience to let something grow into what it’s meant to be. That’s where the real work happens, and that’s the moments I champion for.

Incredible reflection from our Head of Design Quinnton Harris. Can't wait to see what comes of this month's Design team meetup. #CollectiveBreath
This past Friday was a healthy reminder that sometimes the best ideas come from *an exhale*. Once a month our small Design team picks a city to meet IRL. We break bread, talk about culture, and “co-work”. Now three months in, we decided to name this ritual Collective Breath. Inspired by Paul Chan’s sculptural series *breather*, the Walker Art Center published book we discovered on our latest session offered this on its cover: “I remember asking him. Since you’ve stopped making art, how do you spend your time? And he said: “Oh, I’m a breather, I’m a respirateur, isn’t that enough? He asked: “Why do people have to work? Why do people think they have to work?” That quote rocked us a bit. In a post-COVID world, remote work is a powerful resource for small shops like ours, but some creative energy can only be generated through IRL human connection. And for us being together doesn’t necessarily mean heads-down grind or the typical “productivity” some would deem worthy of investment. Our sessions are about creating *white space* by stepping away, wandering and meeting new people. And trust, the ideas and inspiration soon follow from it. At Ghost Note Agency our intentional curation of shared space and real fellowship are essential to our creative work, and we are actively working to redefine what being together means by establishing new rituals that incorporate intentional rest, or “breathers”, to deepen our Resonance practice. Our work NEEDS to be rooted in connection, new experience, learning, living, and BREATHING together. If you’re curious, our Philly itinerary was: – Breakfast & conversation @ Middle Child Clubhouse – Internal design review in Palmer Park – Tour of the YOWIE Hotel with Philly-based creative legend Octavius Newman – Lunch @ South Philly Barbacoa – Musing over the retrospective of Mavis Pusey’s work @ the Institute of Contemporary Art at University of Pennsylvania. We can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been collecting and how it will shape our work. Our next stop as a team: 📍Wilmington, DE. If you’re from there, or know what’s bubbling creatively, drop us a note in the comments. #Design #TeamCulture #IRL #PostCOVIDWork #Resonance #Philadelphia #Wilmington #GhostNote P.S. - Here's a link to the Paul Chan book: https://a.co/d/5GsjueH

Ghost Note Agency reposted this
So glad to see this amazing team get the platform for this month's Ghost Note Agency newsletter. None of what we do happens without them. And, at our best, the most transcendent work only happens when our Ops and People team is at the very center of our process. Great insights here from Nadja Boncoeur-Creavalle and Jason Ellis - two invaluable leaders of our agency! And a special shoutout to my brother/co-founder and our CFO/COO Brandon Ellis - the driving engine behind our company's 10+ year journey. His dedication and genius never cease to amaze me. His stewardship of Ghost Note makes all we do possible. Check out this month's newsletter and please share! 🙏🏿

We’ve been rethinking what it means to be “creative.” Not just as a role or a department — but as a shared responsibility and a collective posture. Creativity, for us, has always been rooted in lived experience, shaped by perspective, and deeply connected to community. Our creative team reflects that with a blend of new voices and seasoned leaders. They’re all aligned around one thing: making work that resonates. A few weeks ago, the team gathered in Baltimore to connect, co-work, and imagine the future of working together. And in that spirit of reflection and renewal, they made a big decision, they even changed their name 🫢. Why? We’ll, you have to read their reflections on this new season in our latest newsletter. But allow us to proudly introduce you to our new Design team: ✨ Quinnton Harris, Head of Design ✨ Natalia Celine Arias, Creative Lead, Design ✨ George Nichols IV, Creative Lead, Design 📬 Full edition here and subscribe for more here: https://lnkd.in/dFbepwT9 Let us know what you think in the comments!

The WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) didn’t just take over Indianapolis. It transformed it. Ghost Note Agency co-founder and president Reggie Snowden, alongside Head of Growth Alfred "Fredo" Adarkwah, had the honor of supporting our partners and friends at the Washington Mystics and the W for All-Star Weekend in Indy. From the moment they landed, they were greeted by a full basketball court inside the airport terminal. Across several blocks downtown, the city came alive with pop-up courts, youth engagement, community activations, and cultural programming rooted in the spirit of women’s basketball. We were proud to witness the vibrancy of the W up close, from the players, Hall of Famers, to the brand partners all showing up in full force. The scale of what these franchises build with such nimble teams is a reminder that community, care, and creativity can move mountains. #GhostNote #WNBAAllStar #WashingtonMystics #BrandInCommunity #CreativePartners #TheW #WomenInSports #SportsMarketing
