    Most experts are short-sighted and believe the coming tariffs will only bring negative effects and price hikes, but what about the farmers? Tariffs could strengthen our local food supply and ensure our farmers have a level playing field. Should we really be bothered that apple juice imported from China will become more expensive when there are plenty of famous apple-producing regions right here in the United States? Let's support those producers first. My take in Newsweek:
