What inspired you to pursue your career path, and what keeps you motivated as a leader?
I’ve always believed in the transformative power of education and its ability to unlock potential and change lives. My passion for global engagement and student success led me to leadership roles where I could drive meaningful change. What keeps me motivated is seeing our students thrive and knowing the work we do opens doors for future generations. Every challenge is an opportunity to innovate and grow.
In your opinion, what makes someone a good leader, and how do you show that in your work?
A good leader listens deeply, leads with integrity, and stays grounded in purpose. I strive to empower others by fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and shared vision. It’s about making space for diverse voices and ensuring that decisions are made with impact and sustainability in mind.
What advice would you give to young women who want to be leaders one day?
Own your voice and believe in your ability to lead, even when the path isn’t clearly marked. Surround yourself with mentors who challenge and uplift you, and never underestimate the power of resilience. Stay curious, stay bold, and don’t wait for permission to step into your potential. Your perspective matters. Bring it to the table with confidence.
What do you enjoy most about working here and being part of the team?
I’m proud to work alongside passionate, mission-driven people who care deeply about making education accessible and relevant. There’s a shared commitment to innovation, student success, and creating institutions that reflect the future we want to build. Our work is dynamic, impactful, and deeply rewarding. It’s a privilege to lead in a place where values and vision align.
