The leading founder-to-founder community for women entrepreneurs in the Southeast.
About us
Hello, gWen! We help ambitious female entrepreneurs make their most audacious goals a reality. The founder journey can be lonely, especially for women. Female entrepreneurs face unique challenges that men just don’t, from unfair stereotypes to very real funding disparities. The lack of resources and support can make it feel like it's you against the world. After seeing firsthand how the startup and venture capital space fails women time and time again, we said “thank you, next” and created gWen, a founder-to-founder community dedicated to amplifying and accelerating high-impact, high-growth companies — and the women who run them. Because we’ve also seen the profoundly positive impact of women on the entrepreneurial ecosystem. We know how powerful they can be, and we want to see more of them in action — building and growing companies that are investable, scalable, and mission-critical. We believe creating accessible and approachable entrepreneurship opportunities for women of all backgrounds will lead to a better future for everyone. We know you're not out here building just any business. You're taking bold risks to shake up your industry… and, one day, the world. We’re right there with you, busting the barriers female entrepreneurs have historically faced with life-changing opportunities for making connections, building a community, and securing capital. You've got this, and we've got you.
