We’re thrilled to team up with the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) to launch a Learning Collaborative for hospitals participating in the $51M Mother Cabrini Nursing Initiative. This Collaborative is more than a forum, it’s a space for shared learning, peer support, and expert guidance as grantee hospitals work toward Pathway to Excellence or Magnet accreditation and implement Virtual Nursing and Nurse Residency programs with impact and integrity. What makes this effort special? It’s grantee-informed and grantee-driven—designed with input from our partners to ensure it reflects their realities, priorities, and aspirations. It’s a place to troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins, and build momentum together. It’s our commitment to capacity building that centers on nursing excellence. We’re proud to support this next phase of collaboration and to stand alongside our partners as they transform care for New York’s most vulnerable communities.
