  • Recent data on first-year bioresearch graduates (2025–2026) shows a clear hiring dominations in five U.S. coastal metros: Greater Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington DC. Why these cities...? 1. Dense employer ecosystems These metros combine biopharma companies, CDMOs, research hospitals, academic labs, and startups in close proximity. For employers, that density reduces hiring risk. For graduates, it increases opportunity. 2. Proximity to training pipelines World-class universities, medical schools, and research institutes make hiring locally faster, cheaper, and better aligned with lab-ready skill sets. 3. Entry-level roles are still location-bound Early bioresearch work is hands-on: wet labs, GMP environments, clinical research settings. Remote flexibility is limited at this career stage, reinforcing geographic clustering. 4. Lower perceived risk for employers Hiring first-year grads works best where replacement talent is nearby. These cities provide depth — if a hire doesn’t work out, the market can absorb the impact. 5. Career optionality matters to graduates Early-career professionals prioritize locations where one role can lead to the next. These hubs offer internal mobility without geographic relocation. I may be a little late to the “end of 2025 / start of 2026 reflection posts”… but some milestones deserve their moment! Over the holidays, I was honored with the Top Recruiting Producer 2025 Award, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This was a goal I worked toward every single day last year, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support from my team at Harba Solutions Inc.. From leadership to teammates who have become true friends, the encouragement, collaboration, laughter, and constant hype along the way made even the hardest days better. I’m lucky to work alongside people who genuinely want to see each other win. And a very special thank you to my husband, Cade Ashley! Your patience, encouragement, late-night pep talks, and constant belief in me never go unnoticed. You’ve been my biggest supporter behind the scenes and my steady reminder to keep going, even on the long days. The best part of this journey? The people. Every partnership, every placement, every career move I’ve been able to support made this role feel less like “work” and more like purpose. Helping someone take their next step is hands-down the most rewarding part of what I do and it’s what keeps me chasing “just one more” success story. And then… January 2026 happened I was promoted to Delivery Lead! Huge thank you to Wade Franchville, Ian Tyler, and Alisa Norris for believing in me and trusting me to continue building our partnership with Stevanato Group. Since February 2025, I’ve had the opportunity to serve as an embedded recruiting consultant at Stevanato and it’s been an absolute highlight of my year. Watching candidates I helped place now thrive in their roles, collaborate daily, and continue growing? That’s a full-circle moment I’ll never take for granted.

  • 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊'𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐀 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄-𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐘 🥡 is for candidates as Lauren Keltz outlines the importance of 'always doing your research' "As we have all identified, the Indiana Life Science market continuously gets more competitive each day as various organizations are expanding or moving operations across the state. Candidates are feeling frustrated or lost as they are making it to final rounds but not receiving any next step afterwards. While some never receive feedback on why they were not selected, others are finding that they are rejected as another candidate (with the same technical skills) better aligned with the company's vision/mission. This leaves some to wonder, how can I showcase my value outside of my own technical skills? "What I have learned in the past couple years, is that the way you present yourself and express your passions is highly noticed in the interviewing process and valued by many Hiring Managers. Even if someone is more technically sound than another, some Hiring Managers will pick the candidate they meshed better with despite skill level. How do Hiring Managers assess your commitment/interest in the company? "What would I suggest to others on this topic — research the company, even if you think you know them, act like you don’t!!! This is a non-negotiable even if you have 12+ years' of experience! Find news articles that excite you, mission statements that align with your values, and products that have a personal impact on your or others. Throughout the interview process, add these findings into your answers/statements! Don’t give generic answers and make sure you are being your most authentic self. Be genuinely excited to talk about the company and to talk to them team. When all your answers are clearly aligned with the company and the position, it becomes a no brainer for the Hiring Manager, and will separate you from others in the process" #JobSearchTips #InterviewPreparation #CareerAdvice #CandidateExperience #HiringProcess #CompanyResearch #AuthenticSelf #ValueProposition #LifeSciencesJobs #ProfessionalGrowth

  • As a result of a record-break 2025, we are looking to hire skilled, ambitious, driven graduates and consultants to join the Harba team based in our Indianapolis office. If you're great with people, with an interest in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medtech, and Advanced Manufacturing - we want to hear from you.

  • Major U.S. biomanufacturing investments, like the one published last week by Genentech (under Roche) further reinforces the critical need for a shift in thinking: 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦, 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐬 — 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞. The question for organizations and Hiring Managers alike: Are we building the skills infrastructure fast enough to match the capital investment? Our role at Harba is to ensure that the Human Element is there to connect investment and ambition with positive outcomes. #Biomanufacturing #WorkforcePlanning #SkillAlignment #ManufacturingRoadmaps #CapitalInvestment #HumanElement #PositiveOutcomes #HiringManagers
