💜 We are celebrating Caregiver Appreciation Month the entire month of November! 🤖 Innovation and compassion go hand in hand at Help at Home. As Director, Central Operations Automation and Efficiency Ashley M. shared, we’re using AI technology to make it easier for caregivers to connect with the work they love, from AI-powered recruiting and onboarding that “meet caregivers where they are,” to streamlined onboarding that helps them get started faster and with confidence. 🏠 While technology helps simplify processes, the heart of home care will always be relationships. The average caregiver-client relationship at Help at Home lasts more than four years, a testament to the trust and connection our teams build every day. 💬 Manager of Caregiver Experience Emily Gay explained that long-term matches benefit everyone: “Caregivers can spot health changes faster and provide more sensitive, personalized care when they really know their clients, and clients feel safer and more supported with someone they trust.” 🌟 Across every state, we’re constantly improving how we build those lasting matches, considering everything from scheduling needs and care types to location and personality fit, because strong relationships are at the core of our Culture of Caring. 🔗 See the full discussion and learn how Help at Home is combining technology and human connection to make caregiving easier, more personal and more rewarding at the link in the comments. #HelpatHome #CultureOfCaring #CaregiverAppreciationMonth #CareerOfCaring #CaregiverExperience #AIInnovation #HomeCare #GreatDaysMeaningfulMoments #CaregiverSupport #RelationshipBasedCare

🇺🇸 At Help at Home, we’re proud to serve those who’ve served our country — and for many of us, that mission is deeply personal, especially on Veteran’s Day. 💬 “Helping veterans is personal to me,” shared SVP of Markets James Quach. “My family escaped war and was rescued by U.S. forces. Today, I have family members who’ve served in the military and others, like my sister, who continue to support veterans through the VA. I believe we’re the best at what we do at Help at Home — and we’re ready to serve veterans more broadly across the country because of our size, scale and reach.” 💙 As we honor Veterans Day, we recognize the courage and sacrifice of all who’ve served — and reaffirm our commitment to helping veterans live safely, independently and with dignity in the place they love most, their own home. #HelpatHome #VeteransDay #CultureOfCaring #HomeCare #GreatDaysMeaningfulMoments #CommunityImpact #VeteranSupport #CareerOfCaring

In honor of Veteran’s Day, Help at Home is grateful to all our veterans – including those who are our clients, caregivers or corporate leaders. One example is Angelica McAfee, who served almost ten years in the U.S. Army, leading more than 600 soldiers. That challenge, she said, prepared her for anything. While she was still in the reserves, after her active service, she started working in home care. In her first role, she launched a new branch – while also working as a caregiver to her grandparents. Now, as Help at Home’s market development representative in Southwest Pennsylvania, she said she is especially heartened by the way the organization serves its communities. “I love the fact that we can impact somebody's life every day,” she said. “What we do is allowing people to stay in their homes as long as they can, and it gives them that sense of individualism.” #HelpatHome #VeteransDay #CultureOfCaring #HomeCare #GreatDaysMeaningfulMoments #CommunityImpact #VeteranSupport #CareerOfCaring

🌟 We’re kicking off National Caregiver Month by sharing Destany’s story. Destany Taylor, MHA’s first job in home care was caregiving and she started when she was still a teenager. Today, as market development representative for Mississippi, her early experience continues to shape everything she does. 🏠 “Being a caregiver gave me a deep understanding of how valuable home care is to clients and their families,” said Destany. “It taught me the importance of compassion, patience and truly showing up for people.” 🙌 Destany is constantly inspired by the caregivers who give their all — putting aside what’s happening in their own lives to care for someone else with empathy and dedication. 🔗 See the link in the comments to hear directly from Destany about her journey. #HelpatHome #CultureOfCaring #CareerOfCaring #GreatDaysMeaningfulMoments #HomeCare #CaregiverAppreciationMonth #Mississippi #CaregiverStories #CommunityImpact
