Mission-Critical Repair, Zero Disruption 📢 When previous contractors were unable to resolve issues with a vital backflow preventer at a suburban hospital, the facility turned to Hill Mechanical Services for a solution. Account representatives Jessie Graf and John Sullivan, alongside plumbing general foreman Martin Berger, developed a strategic plan to replace the device without requiring a campus-wide domestic water shutdown. Their innovative approach? Freeze the piping upstream and downstream to isolate the system. This allowed our plumbers, John Dolezal and Oscar Candelas, to carry out the repair safely, efficiently, and with zero disruption to hospital operations.
