Some projects are more than buildings, they’re stories rooted in community. Last week at Fox Valley Commerce Center in Geneva, IL, we had the joy of hosting a Tenant Appreciation Event. What made it especially meaningful is the history: the land was once farmed by a family for generations, and we’ve been honored to continue caring for it with the same respect and stewardship. Our tenants enjoyed a BBQ lunch catered by Dave’s Slow Food, a local favorite right here in Geneva. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, proof that good food and genuine community always bring people together. A big thank you to our property management team and everyone who helped organize such a thoughtful event.
