HOLLOWAY was proud to come together as a team to donate a custom-fabricated work table for Project H.O.P.E.’s recent pig roast and auction.    This project showcased the skill and craftsmanship our associates bring to everything we build. And we were thrilled to see the table raise a generous donation to support Project H.O.P.E.’s mission of bringing hope to those in need.    It was a great night of food, music, and community spirit. We’re honored to play a small part in supporting the incredible work Project H.O.P.E. does for others. 

𝟮𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗬: 𝗔 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱    Our 20th Anniversary Celebration was a day that captured everything HOLLOWAY stands for. The morning kicked off with a heartfelt prayer from Jim Craig, thanking God for twenty years of blessings and for guiding us through challenges.    We couldn’t be where we are today without the efforts of everyone who is with us, and those who came before us. Every milestone, every innovation, every success story has been shaped by the hands and hearts of our people.    HOLLOWAY has always been, at its core, a family that values hard work, faith, and looking out for each other. We’re proud to have built a company where that sense of family still defines who we are and how we work.    To everyone who has been part of our story, thank you. This milestone belongs to every associate, partner, and customer who’s believed in us along the way.    Here’s to the next 20 years of doing what we love. 

Last weekend, we Celebrated BIG! 🎉 We marked our 20th anniversary the only way we know how... by going ALL OUT. Months of planning led to a day full of laughter, great food, friendly competition, and all the HOLLOWAY spirit we could pack into one day. The weather was beautiful, the camaraderie even better. As Randy put it best: “We’ll work on Monday but today, have fun, enjoy the good times, God bless you guys, and Go HOLLOWAY!” From start to finish, every detail was infused with pride and creativity. Our associates and their families showed up decked out in custom 20th anniversary merch. The kids even received goodie bags with Hank the Tank coloring books, custom Hank bubbles, and HOLLOWAY footballs. We kept the fun going all day long with bounce houses, face painting, yard games, and a photo booth where families could snap a keepsake photo in front of our electropolished stainless steel 20th Anniversary logo cut-out, proudly machined right here in our shop. Speaking of craftsmanship, the custom trophy for The Holloway Games was also designed, machined, and fabricated in-house: a perfect symbol of the skill and pride behind everything we do. The day was packed with unforgettable moments from our Holloway Games (Tug of War, Shot Put, “Shank the Hank,” and a pie-eating finale!) to the kids’ scavenger hunt, hilarious bingo rounds, and drawings for incredible prizes, including an e-scooter and weekend getaways. We couldn’t be more proud of this milestone or the people who made it possible. As Dave said in his remarks, “We never in our wildest dreams would have imagined where we are today.” Here’s to 20 years of craftsmanship, camaraderie, and community - and to many more years of going above and beyond, together. #HollowayTeam #LifeAtHolloway #AssociateAppreciation

We were honored to be recognized among Missouri’s Top 10 Safety Award Winners for 2025 this week. Several members of our HOLLOWAY team attended the award ceremony, where we enjoyed dinner, connected with fellow manufacturers, and celebrated companies across the state who share our commitment to safety. Special thanks to our Scheduler and Safety Manager, Kevin Mau for the work that he does every day to keep our associates safe! At HOLLOWAY, safety is a core value that protects our people and strengthens our work. We’re proud to be in great company with the other outstanding organizations recognized this year. A big thank-you to the Missouri Association of Manufacturers for hosting such a great event and for continuing to promote safety across our industry.

We’re proud to recognize Tina Williams from our Component Sales team, and Luke Allcock from our IT department as last month’s 24 Club honorees! For the month of August, these two nominees stood out as exceptional examples of our core values: TRUST, QUALITY, SERVICE, and COMMITMENT. From the first day she walked in for her interview, Tina brought an unstoppable energy and a determination to succeed. She knew HOLLOWAY was the place for her, telling us in her interview, “This is my job. You might as well quit interviewing everybody else.” But that bold confidence wasn’t just talk. In a short amount of time, she went from our receptionist to component sales, consistently exceeding her goal. Tina has that “fire in the belly” every great salesperson needs. She is relentless in pursuing results, passionate about serving our customers with excellence and kindness, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Whether that looks like long days of quoting, closing deals, or working with the guys on the floor behind the scenes, she continually keeps things running smoothly. Her attitude, adaptability, and COMMITMENT make her not just a great teammate, but a key component of our success in Sales. Tina, your positivity, SERVICE, and killer instinct make you more than deserving of this honor. Thank you for bringing your best to HOLLOWAY every day and showing us what it means to be a true 24 Club honoree. Luke Allcock is our first part-timer to be awarded the 24 Club, and it’s well deserved. What truly characterizes Luke is his willingness to go above and beyond his own responsibilities to take ownership of issues, no matter how much time they require. In this spirit, he has even pulled all-nighters, sacrificing sleep to ensure last-minute problems were resolved. Luke’s work ethic and humble “yes” attitude embody SERVICE, and his contributions came at the perfect time for his leader to finally take time off for the first time in years, confident that he had a trusted right hand capable of handling the job.  Luke also demonstrates knowledge beyond his years, introducing and implementing innovations in the IT department. He’s tackling tough coding projects and growing his knowledge in the field. Luke’s dedication to his craft demonstrates his continued COMMITMENT, and we’re deeply thankful to have him as part of our Holloway team.  Congratulations, Luke and Tina! #LifeatHolloway
