We’re proud to share that Rob Perry, HonorHealth’s vice president and chief information security officer, was named to Becker’s list of 53 Hospital and Health System CISOs and Chief Privacy Officers to Know. This national recognition highlights Rob’s dedication to protecting patient data, building resilient systems and leading with innovation to support the care our community counts on. This honor comes during Safety and Security Week — a timely reminder that trust is at the heart of everything we do. Back in 2005, the Scottsdale City Council gave a unanimous “yes” to our vision: bring exceptional healthcare to North Scottsdale. Just two years later, that vision became a reality when Thompson Peak Medical Center opened its doors — with 60 beds, seven operating rooms and a 24/7 emergency department ready to serve our neighbors. Fast-forward two decades, and we’ve grown right alongside our community. We’ve nearly doubled in size, expanded surgical capabilities and continued to raise the bar on quality — earning an A rating for safety and a Magnet® designation for nursing excellence along the way. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re looking ahead with the same spirit that got us here: compassionate care, thoughtful growth to keep pace with our community and excellence at every step. Thompson Peak Medical Center will soon be expanding with a fourth patient care pavilion to add even more capacity to serve North Scottsdale. Cheers to 20 years of life-changing care — and the many more to come!

  • Culture brings us together. And at HonorHealth, we celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with flavor and flair! Honoring the cultural diversity of our team members and patients enhances our care, strengthens our connections and sparks new ideas. From the annual salsa showdown to handcrafted piñatas and a lively game of lotería, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Gracias to our CULTURA People Resource Group for leading the way and to everyone who joined in for the celebrations. 🌶️💃
