Just weeks after launching our new Huddle House Rewards program, we put it to the test, where we turned National Cheeseburger Day into National Cheeseburger Weeks, and the results were gouda. (We know, the cheesy pun was intentional). Guests who joined our Huddle Rewards unlocked a free Huddle Smashed Burger, introducing thousands to one of our newest menu innovations. The campaign delivered a 15% lift in signups vs. the prior period, accounted for nearly one-quarter of all new enrollments since launching with Thanx at the end of August, and drove a 12% increase in in-restaurant loyalty purchases. This activation shows how a strong loyalty platform, brand messaging, and craveable menu innovation can work together to create value for our guests, our franchisees, and our brand.
