Hut 8 has signed a 15-year, 245 MW AI data center lease at its River Bend campus with total contract value of $7.0 billion and up to $17.7 billion if all renewal options are exercised. Google is providing a financial backstop that covers the lease payments and related pass-through obligations for the base lease term. 

Today, Hut 8 launches a partnership with Anthropic and Fluidstack to accelerate the deployment of hyperscale AI infrastructure in the United States. Under the partnership, Hut 8 will develop and deliver at least 245 MW and up to 2,295 MW of AI data center infrastructure for Anthropic, leveraging high-performance clusters operated by Fluidstack.

Today we entered into an agreement to sell our 310 MW power generation portfolio to TransAlta. The transaction is expected to close in early Q1 2026, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval.

Today, we announced our financial results for Q3 2025, which marked an inflection point in the scale and maturity of our development flywheel. During the period, we advanced 1,530 megawatts of capacity from exclusivity into development, underscoring our commercial velocity and supporting a long runway for growth.

Today, we announced plans to develop four new sites across the United States, advancing 1,530 MW in our pipeline from exclusivity into development. The sites are expected to diversify Hut 8's geographic footprint and position the company to meet growing demand from prospective customers across energy-intensive use cases. The four sites range in scale from 50 MW to 1,000 MW of utility capacity, each selected for near-term power access and the potential to support commercialization across a range of advanced technologies. Upon commercialization, Hut 8 expects its platform to exceed 2.5 gigawatts of capacity under management across 19 sites.
