IEEE R8 PES Students and Young Professionals Leaders In-Person Training 2025 – A Remarkable Experience 👇🌍! The IEEE R8 PES SYP Leaders Training 2025 took place on September 27–28 at the Hilton Hotel Heliopolis, Egypt, bringing together an incredible mix of students and young professionals from across the region. The event was filled with collaboration, insights, and inspiration 🧩!  🌟 Key Sessions and Workshops Included: - R8 Membership and Statistics Overview - PES Publications and Technical Activities Updates - Education and Funding Opportunities - Best Practices for Industry Engagement - Strategic Partnerships: Progress, Plans & Opportunities - Distinguished Lecture Program (New Rules) - IEEE vTools and OU Analytics - Interactive Workshops on student branches’ best practices, chapter management, soft skills, and the transition from students to young professionals. We were honored by the presence of Eduardo Audiche, PES R8 Representative; Mythili Chaganti, PES Vice President Chapters and Membership; Anand Shah, PES SYP Co-Chair; and the core R8 PES SYP team, whose leadership and insights made this event truly impactful. 🔥 What made this training truly special was the on-site global mentoring session.
