Let’s give a big congratulations to our newest Future Leaders class for completing the program on Thursday, October 16! Participants are nominated to design and deliver a capstone project that addresses current or future organizational needs while incorporating their own professional development goals. Over the course of seven months, each participant develops and executes a detailed, hands-on project plan. At this event, they present their completed projects to senior leadership, share insights, answer questions, and engage in discussion with their peers. For the third year, the event was opened up to other Quanta Northeast companies to participate. This year's event included J.W. Didado Electric , The Ryan Company, Inc., JCR Constuction Company, Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME), as well as M. J. Electric. Thank you again to the IMPACT Group for their ongoing support and effort with this program!
