AI adoption is growing at an unprecedented rate, pushing both hyperscalers and mid‑sized data center operators beyond traditional capacity and power limits. The historic advantages each side held, scale for hyperscalers, agility for mid‑sized operators are now being tested as infrastructure must evolve much faster than planned. Regions such as the UK, lack new high demand grid access until 2035 or later. With planning delays, uncertainty around long term energy availability, and limited national strategy are slowing the rollout of new facilities. Our Regional Strategic Operations Officer, Jon Healy provides insight into the battle between hyperscalers and mid-sized operators intensifying as AI demand grows. At Salute, we know that veterans bring more than experience; they bring operational discipline, mission focus, and the ability to lead in dynamic environments. This month, we’re proud to highlight Ramin Amiri, a former U.S. Army interpreter who now serves as a Data Center Manager, leading teams and driving performance in one of the world’s most demanding industries. Ramin’s military background honed his ability to communicate under pressure, lead with purpose, and deliver results with precision. Today, those same qualities are core to his success overseeing critical infrastructure operations. He exemplifies the power of veteran talent in digital infrastructure and the value of building careers with purpose. Cross-border M&A doesn’t fail at the deal - it fails at integration. In a recent interview with Agenda, the news service for the Financial Times for the U.S. corporate boardroom space, our Chief Growth Officer Mark Reynolds shares why relationships, local insight, and retaining specialist talent are just as critical as financial outcomes when executing global M&A. It's this approach that strengthens our ability to support clients across the full end-to-end data center lifecycle - from initial design and integration and commissioning through ongoing operations, optimisation at global scale. Salute at PTC 26: Progress, Partnerships, and Purpose In its 48th year, Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) proved to be another outstanding week. With an estimated 10,000 attendees, it's likely to be a record-breaking edition of the annual conference. It was also a standout week for the Salute team - reconnecting with valued customers and partners, building new relationships, and introducing our newest leadership members to the market. The energy and momentum reflected just how much has changed in the past 12 months. In fact, this year, we hosted more than twice as many meetings compared to PTC25, highlighting the extraordinary level of interest in our growing business. As CEO Erich Sanchack shared: “Two years ago, we came to PTC with a vision. This year, that vision was validated by the trust of our customers and partners. It’s clear that Salute is helping to set a new standard in data center operations.” We are grateful to everyone who met with us and to the PTC team for continuing to make this conference a cornerstone of global collaboration in our industry. Here are our PTC26 highlights: https://lnkd.in/evcyMyRX Erich Sanchack, Lee Kirby, John Shultz, Mike Jones, Matt Renner, Kate Sudol, Mark Reynolds, Kelsey Daniels, Michael Nimeth #AIInfrastructure #DataCenterOperations #VeteranLeadership

Today marks another milestone in the journey of Salute. Our birthday, and a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. For more than a decade, Salute has grown into a trusted partner for 80% of the world’s data center owners, operating across 100+ markets globally. Over the past year, we accelerated that momentum by welcoming Keysource, ADCC, and Northshore into the Salute family and expanding our team to 2,200+ professionals worldwide, bringing our end-to-end capabilities together under one global identity. 2025 marked an important chapter in that journey. We strengthened our position at the forefront of the AI data center evolution with the launch of our next-generation AI FM&O platform, our AI Hub, and a foundational white paper that set a new benchmark for AI-driven operational performance - https://hubs.ly/Q0401Csf0 That momentum was recognized with Salute’s inclusion on the Deloitte Fast 500, ranking #176 among North America’s fastest-growing technology companies. At the same time, we continued to live our values beyond the data center, raising over $250,000 for global heart health through our partnership with the American Heart Association. This progress is driven by our people, supported by our customers, and strengthened by our partners. Their trust, expertise, and collaboration continue to shape who we are and where we are going. As we look ahead, our focus remains clear. Continued innovation. Responsible growth. Service excellence across the full data center lifecycle. Ready for what’s next? Join us as we scale the next generation of critical data center infrastructure. https://hubs.ly/Q0401DfQ0 #HappyBirthdaySalute #ReadyForWhatsNext #Careers #AIInfrastructure #DataCenters #Growth #PeoplePowered #BetterTogether

Salute supports the Infrastructure Masons Armed Forces at PTC’26! An incredible opening session for PTC26, bringing together the military community and the digital infrastructure industry. The event delivered an immediate impact with one of the most rewarding highlights - our senior leadership team made on-the-spot job offers to military personnel. Salute was proud to join iMasons Armed Forces at PTC'26, where leaders came together to bridge the gap between military experience and career opportunities in digital infrastructure. The event was really inspirational, highlighting how the skills developed through service - leadership, mission-focus, resilience - map directly to opportunities in the data center and tech ecosystem. As a business with strong foundations in the veteran community, we continue to invest in supporting veterans and military spouses as they transition into their new careers. In line with this commitment, Salute is proud to be the first to champion and participate in the iMasons Job Matching Platform (Oplign program), with new members already seeing the benefits. We encourage all organizations looking to connect with veteran and military spouse talent to join this initiative. See link for info: https://lnkd.in/eM2jJ7Et Led by Lee Kirby and Alison Marlow Reese, and supported by Hiba Agha, M.A. Director of People Programs, and followed by remarks from Cyre Mercedes Quinones, the new CEO of iMasons, here are a few highlights from the session: - Insightful perspectives on industry trends and career pathways - A live demonstration of the iMasons skills-based Job Matching Platform - Discussions on education and the year ahead for the Armed Forces community - Powerful panel conversation featuring Erich Sanchack on transitioning from military to industry roles Events like this are vital in creating real pathways to success. Thank you to iMasons and all the partners who made this session impactful. Also, a huge thank you to Chris Dove Jr 🕊 for an inspirational story of his own journey. We are looking forward to building on this impressive program throughout 2026. #veteransfordatacenters #datacentercareers #iMasonsArmedForces #PTC26

Salute’s Approach to Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling As AI workloads scale, cooling strategies must evolve beyond performance optimization. They must ensure reliability, protect critical infrastructure, and reduce operational risk. Salute applies operational discipline and military-trained precision to every deployment of Direct-to-Chip (DTC) liquid cooling. Our framework prioritizes leak prevention and early detection, fluid chemistry management to preserve hardware integrity, and consistent operational execution across global environments. This approach enables high-density AI environments while maximizing uptime, extending equipment life, and supporting sustainability goals across the data center lifecycle. I’ll be attending PTC’26 in Honolulu (January 18–21) and welcome conversations around AI infrastructure, DTC cooling strategies, and operational readiness for next-generation data centers. Let’s discuss how to scale AI infrastructure, safely and sustainably. #PTC26 #AIInfrastructure #LiquidCooling
