We are excited to announce that Indiana Vein Specialists (IVS) will be moving to a new office location! Our last day at both of our West Carmel (10485 Commerce Dr.) and East Fishers (11876 Olio Road) locations will be February 13, 2025. We will begin seeing patients at our new office on February 19th, 2025.
