It's been a few months since our new, historically accurate blade sign was installed in the heart of downtown Dayton. For Infinity Labs®, it will always be more than just a sign; it’s a nod to the city’s rich architectural heritage and a symbol of Dayton’s ongoing resurgence. As our community continues to revitalize and grow, we’re grateful to be part of the story — honoring the past while building the future.

John Carter, no relation to Shawn Corey Carter a.k.a. Jay-Z or Dewayne Michael Carter Jr. a.k.a. Lil Wayne, is the Infinity Labs® FFBL GM of the Week for Week 5. In a win that could have gone another way, John and team, That's What Shaheed Said, benefited from Ted "Juice" Perry's questionable lineup decisions. When asked what he thought about Juice's team management, John responded, "typical officer-type overlooking the details when they matter so much. I mean, who starts Justin Herbert and his depleted o-line over Matthew Stafford, who's got a top o-line and is throwing up 30-40 points per game? I know at least one guy who does. Thanks, Juice". Not surprisingly, Stafford's 34.45 point explosion would have been enough for Juice to be on the other side of this post, but alas, that's not the way fortunes fell. All hail John, defeater of inter-office foes, a titan of lineup locks, and one to watch for come the league playoffs. Our Week 5 GM of the Weak is Sarah Nolt-Caraway, GM of team Love Thy Nabers. In the most egregious lineup lackadaisicalness, Sarah started an injured player and two players on their BYE week. Had Sarah started two of the available and healthy players on her bench, Sarah would have taken home the win. Please chastise Sarah accordingly.

What could be cooler (😜 see what we did there?) than winning the Q2/Q3 employee referral drawing? Infinity Labs® Scott Casmer and trusty pal Juneau, posing next to their new custom Infinity-branded RTIC Outdoors 52 QT ULTRA-LIGHT cooler. With a 78 can capacity, all-terrain, puncture-proof wheels, and an inner core that locks in the cold for up to 5 days, there may not be anything cooler after all.

On Friday of last week, we celebrated 5 Years of Thriving Together with Daniel Huffman, Jason Wagner, Brittni Sutter (Snyder), and Charles Kinzel. Chief Revenue Officer Kurtis Glendenning presented the awards at the Infinity Labs®monthly all-call to all those celebrating the 5-year milestone. As one can see in the exemplar award below, the three pillars correspond to our core values of 'Thrive Together', 'Adapt Fearlessly', and 'Forge Possibilities'. Aligned in front and back of those pillars are spaces for milestone coins, including one for last week's 5th anniversary. The 5-year anniversary coin depicts Infinity's work supporting air, space, cyber, hardware, and non-kinetics across domains, constellations, and with infinite possibilities for growth. The back of the coin depicts our corporate headquarters in Dayton, OH, the historic Kuhn's building, with the largest (historically accurate) blade sign in downtown Dayton. Above our HQ building flies an iconic biplane in our nod to Dayton's rich history in aviation, invention, and entrepreneurs who dare to look up in the clouds and imagine the unconventional technologies that turn bold vision into reality.

Noticing a trend in the Infinity Labs® 2025 Fantasy Football League? We have. In four weeks of fantasy football, there have only been two GM's of the Week. One of those two winning GMs is Infinity's trusty Vice President of Accounting, Jacob Roberts. This leads us to Week 4's GM of the Week, which is, not surprisingly, Jake "The Snake" Roberts yet again. In Week 4, Jake's DumbLuckers benefitted from three monster individual player performances. First was QB1 of the Buffalo Bills, Josh Allen. In the win over the New Orleans Saints, Allen threw for 200 yards and 2 TDs while rushing for 45 yards and 1 TD, accounting for 31.95 points. Second, in peak mid-season form already, RB1 Josh Jacobs of the Green Bay Packers had his best game of the year against the Dallas Cowboys. In the game, Jacobs rushed for 86 yards and 2 TDs while racking up 4 receptions and 71 receiving yards, resulting in 29.7 points. In that same game, George Pickens moved into the #1 spot on the Cowboys' wide receiver depth chart with CeeDee Lamb out with a high-ankle sprain. Pickens seized the day with 8 receptions for 134 yards and 2 TDs, accounting for 29.4 points. At the end of Week 4, Jake routed his opponent, Love Thy Nabers, by 59 points. Week 4's GM of the Weak is Senior Software Developer | Branch Lead, Andrew Lively, GM of (Not So) Elite Dragons. After losing by 81 points in his Week 4 matchup against Sean Carpenter and team Brownie THE Elf, league commissioner Mike Grunow, PMP issued the following statement: "As a league, we have standards, and Andrew, simply stated, failed to meet those standards this week. He did this in several ways. He started an injured and unavailable Jaylen Warren in the National Football League (NFL) international game at Croke Park in the "Big Smoke", Dublin, Ireland. Secondly, he started Geno Smith of the Las Vegas Raiders over Baker Mayfield of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers; an egregious lapse of judgment, certainly. Organizational incompetence? Only time will tell. Lastly and potentially most heinous, he not only rostered but started the defense giving up the most yards and points in the NFL through four weeks, the Baltimore Ravens. Because of these mental and league conduct violations, Andrew will be forced to root for one of Ohio's two failing National Football League (NFL) franchises, the Cleveland Browns or the Cincinnati Bengals, despite either franchise's record, lack of serviceable quarterback, or any semblance of a plan to win. I wouldn't wish that fate upon most, but as the league commissioner, I have spoken, and my ruling is final". Lesson learned, I hope. GMs of all fantasy football teams should aspire to be less like Andrew and more like Sean Carpenter.

Thanks to our friends at Auria Space for a great time on the course.
Had a great time out on the course today! ⛳️ Infinity Labs® partnered with our friends at Auria Space for the ADAA Golf Tournament. While we didn’t bring home the win, we had a fantastic day connecting, laughing, and building stronger relationships both on and off the fairways. Sometimes it’s not about the scorecard, it’s about the partnerships and the memories made along the way. Erick Van Dam, Michael Winchester #ADAA #InfinityLabs #AuriaSpace
