We cannot be more excited to announce that Project Roadrunner is officially under construction! This 23,000 TPY eSAF facility marks a major milestone—not just for Infinium, but for the future of synthetic aviation fuels as Infinium is bringing to the market the first-ever electrofuels SAF production. Backed by financing from Brookfield and Breakthrough Energy Catalyst, and supported by offtake agreements with International Airlines Group (IAG) and American Airlines, Roadrunner is more than a project — it's a signal that the U.S. is ready to lead in innovative fuels. We’re proud to grow investment, jobs, and energy abundance in Texas, while harnessing U.S. resources and innovation to position the country as a global SAF leader and exporter. Infinium has been operating the world’s first eFuel facility in Corpus Christi, Texas since 2023, supporting domestic and international customers with eFuels and showing the market that eFuels are here today. We were honored to host the British Consulate-General, Houston and team at our Pathfinder plant in Corpus Christi this week. Big thanks to Port Corpus Christi for your coordination and leadership in the area! The UK’s leadership in sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and low-carbon fuels — especially through forward-looking mandate programs — continues to set a strong global example. These policies don’t just drive emissions reductions; they create the policy certainty needed to unlock innovation and attract investment in next-generation fuels. We are pleased to welcome two new directors, Laura Hellman and Gary Hultquist, to Infinium’s Board of Directors. Ms. Hellman serves as Senior Vice President at Brookfield, where she focuses on transition and renewable energy investments. She has spent seven years at Brookfield in New York, prior to which she was with global private investment house, Ardian. Mr. Hultquist brings more than 25 years of expertise as a strategic financial advisor and merger & acquisition specialist with a strong focus in the technology and energy sectors, representing clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia. We’re honored to welcome Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Kajima Ventures as investors in Infinium’s most recent Series C funding round. They join a strong group of Japanese companies invested in Infinium including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC), Development Bank of Japan Inc., and the Japan Hydrogen Fund managed by Advantage Partners. Japan continues to set forward thinking climate and energy goals, most recently publishing their ambitious Green Transformation Decarbonization Plan which includes investment vehicles, carbon pricing systems, and energy transition plans. Last week, Infinium's International Business Development Director James Vaughan, participated in the Sustainable Aviation Fuels Seminar 2025 sponsored by Energi i Nord, Deutsche Aircraft, and BLU - Bodø Lufthavnutvikling in Bodo, Norway. The conference gathered leading aviation fuel developers and stakeholders around the world to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) industry as well as the progress that eFuels producers like Infinium are making in taking their eSAF projects to the next level. Additionally, major airlines, airports, and logistics/freight companies shared their insight and support for eFuels and SAF as part of their decarbonization strategies. We’re proud that Infinium is on track to produce the first commercial volumes of eSAF to meet the growing demands of the aviation industry and our customers, such as American Airlines and the International Airlines Group (IAG).

We’re honored that TIME recognized Infinium again this year on its list of America's Top GreenTech Companies of 2025 | TIME highlighting the 250 top sustainability-focused companies. The ranking through Statista considered the positive impact, financial strength, and innovation of organizations that are developing products, services, or technologies to stop or reverse the impact of human activities on the planet. When we opened Infinium’s Project Pathfinder in Corpus Christi, TX, in 2023, it was the world’s first operational commercial-scale eFuels facility. Today, we’re delivering drop-in eFuels to customers around the world to help meet the growing demand for alternative fuels from diverse resources - and we’re just getting started!
