Something big is changing. After months of thinking, building, breaking, and rebuilding… I’m finally moving countries. This year has been wild. We raised funds. Twice. We took InnerGize through two complete versions — each one teaching me something new about what truly works and what doesn’t. We shifted our focus entirely to the US market. And now, I’m packing my bags for San Francisco. Not forever. At least, not yet. I’m doing a 45-day trial run: exploring, learning, and meeting people who are building the future of health and wellbeing. If you’re a founder, doctor, scientist, biohacker, or health-tech innovator, let’s meet. I’d love to learn from your journey, share what we’re building at InnerGize, and see where our worlds might overlap. The truth is, this move feels less like relocation and more like evolution. A new chapter, a new market, a new energy. So if you’re in San Francisco, Austin, or New York, DM me. Let’s grab a coffee and talk about where health is really heading. Because sometimes, the best ideas are born in new cities — with new people.

As a founder running multiple teams, I’ve learned something the hard way: People don’t quit startups because of money. They quit because their nervous system feels unsafe. Here’s what that looks like in real life. You think your team member left because of “a better offer.” In reality, they left because every Monday meeting felt like walking into a storm. Because feedback started to sound like criticism. Because chaos became normal. Because your stress became contagious. I’ve seen it happen — in startups, scaleups, even well-funded companies. When leadership radiates stress instead of calm, the entire culture starts to mirror it. Meetings turn into panic zones. Slack becomes a battlefield of urgency. Everyone’s on edge, even when they’re “performing well.” And this isn’t just anecdotal. 📊 A Harvard study found that burned-out teams are 66% more likely to quit within 6 months. 📊 Gallup reports that 70% of employee engagement is directly influenced by the manager’s emotional state. 📊 And here’s the kicker — chronic workplace stress raises turnover risk by 40%. As founders, we often forget: Your nervous system sets the tone for everyone else’s. If you operate from fear, your team operates from survival. If you operate from calm, your team operates from creativity. So before the next strategy meeting, take 5 minutes to reset yourself. Breathe. Walk. Step outside. Because no one can think clearly in a room that feels unsafe. You don’t build psychological safety with free lunches or offsites. You build it with regulation, empathy, and emotional consistency. Because the truth is simple — Teams don’t need perfect leaders. They need calm ones. And calm founders build resilient companies.

India could go bankrupt because of one disease. And it’s not cancer or COVID. It’s obesity. The very thing we joke about after “one more samosa” could soon eat into our nation’s savings — literally. According to the World Obesity Federation, obesity cost India $29 billion in 2019, which was 1% of our GDP. By 2060, that number is projected to explode to $839 billion, or 2.5% of India’s GDP. That’s more than what we currently spend on education, healthcare, and infrastructure combined. But this isn’t just an economic crisis. It’s a slow-motion health disaster unfolding in plain sight. Between 2006 and 2021, obesity among Indian children under 5 rose by 127%. Among adults, it jumped 91% in women and 146% in men during the same period. Let that sink in — a 146% rise. And it’s not just about “looking overweight.” It’s about what’s happening inside: Early diabetes and fatty liver in 20-year-olds Hormonal imbalances in teenagers High blood pressure in college students Declining fertility in young adults Doctors now call it the “triple burden” — India faces stunting and undernutrition and obesity at the same time. The truth is brutal. Our diets changed faster than our discipline did. From ₹50 home-cooked meals to ₹500 food delivery orders. From walking lanes to waiting for cabs. From morning chai to midnight caffeine. And now, unhealthy diets account for 56% of India’s total disease burden. Think about it: a country once battling hunger is now dying of excess. Excess salt. Excess sugar. Excess sitting. If nothing changes, India’s next big recession won’t start on Dalal Street. It’ll start in our kitchens, gyms, and office chairs. 💡 The solution isn’t complicated — it’s just inconvenient: Move 30 minutes a day Eat real food, not food products Sleep 7 hours Drink water before you reach for caffeine Get your blood sugar and cholesterol checked once a year Because this isn’t about losing weight anymore. It’s about not losing a generation. If you think obesity is just a personal issue, think again. It’s a national emergency — and it’s costing us our future.

Did you know that your vagus nerve plays a crucial role in various aspects of your well-being? It affects your mood, stress response, digestion, immune health, and social connections. This unsung hero helps regulate emotions, maintain stable heart rate and blood pressure, and promote calm breathing. Additionally, it plays a vital role in digestion, reduces inflammation, and supports immune resilience, aiding in stress recovery and illness prevention. The vagus nerve even influences facial expressions, voice tone, and interpersonal connections. Understanding the significance of your vagus nerve can be a game-changer for personal well-being and effective trauma therapy. 🧠✨ Mapping the Body’s Superhighway: The Vagus Nerve Scientists have just unveiled the first complete anatomical map of the vagus nerve — a discovery that could transform both neuroscience and medicine. Why this matters The vagus nerve connects the brain to nearly every major organ, regulating heart rate, breathing, digestion, inflammation, and even mood. Until now, its detailed pathways were largely uncharted, limiting how precisely doctors could target it in therapies. What’s new Using cutting-edge imaging, researchers traced vagal fibers at subcellular resolution, revealing: Hidden crossover pathways and connections to multiple organs The wiring behind the “inflammatory reflex” where the nerve helps control immune responses Fiber-level maps that could guide personalized neuromodulation therapies Clinical promise Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) is already used for epilepsy and depression. This map allows for more targeted, safer, and effective treatments. Early trials suggest VNS may also reduce inflammation in autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s. Non-invasive devices (like ear-based stimulation) could expand access, offering drug-free therapies for conditions ranging from Long COVID to heart failure. The bigger picture This is more than anatomy it’s a blueprint for bioelectronic medicine. With better maps, clinicians can design interventions tailored to each patient, moving toward precision and even preventive medicine. 👉 Could vagus nerve stimulation become as common as prescribing a pill within the next decade? #Neuroscience #Medicine #BioelectronicMedicine #Innovation #MentalHealth
