At Innospec, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. Through our Innospec Cares program, employees are encouraged to dedicate one working day each year to volunteer with a local organisation. In September, our Rio de Janeiro team supported Refettorio Gastromotiva, helping serve 70 meals to people facing social vulnerability. Refettorio’s mission is to fight hunger and waste and to strengthen its community through education and inclusion. Patricia Albuquerque, Marketing Specialist based in Rio De Janeiro, shared: “Stepping away from our corporate routine and immersing ourselves in such a human context made us reflect on our values, our social responsibility, and the importance of being closer to the community. Every act of solidarity has the power to transform – both those who receive it and those who give.” We are proud of our teams worldwide who use their time and talents to make a positive impact beyond business. #InnospecCares #Volunteering #CommunityImpact #SocialResponsibility #RefettorioGastromotiva

Six of our Pleasanton-based colleagues recently used their annual Innospec Cares volunteering day to show appreciation for the teachers at Medio Creek Elementary school, by cooking and serving them lunch to thank them for their incredible work. “Our volunteering efforts that day were a heartfelt expression of the appreciation we have for the invaluable contributions teachers make to our local community. The genuine joy and gratitude shown by the educators made the experience profoundly rewarding. It was a powerful reminder that even small gestures can reaffirm to educators how deeply valued they are.” Danny Torres, Driver Supervisor, Texas, US At Innospec, we believe education changes lives. That’s why educational support and encouragement is one of the four pillars of our Innospec Cares program. By giving back to schools and teachers, we are also helping to inspire the future workforce of our industry. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank every educator who goes above and beyond to shape bright futures. #InnospecCares #CommunityEngagement #Education #EmployeeVolunteering #MedioCreekElementarySchool

At Innospec, we believe that businesses have a key role to play in protecting human rights in their supply chain. That’s why in 2024 we partnered with International Justice Mission (IJM) on a project to strengthen protection for palm oil workers in Indonesia. In the first year of this partnership, IJM has already taken meaningful steps toward combating forced labor and labor trafficking, working closely with government agencies, labor unions, and civil society organizations. The accomplishments of our first year in partnership with International Justice Mission (IJM) are just the beginning of our efforts to strengthen protections for palm plantation workers in Indonesia. Through this partnership we are helping to reshape the future of the palm oil industry, to ensure workers are protected, businesses uphold ethical labor practices, and forced labor is eliminated. Today is the International Day of Charity, a global reminder of the importance of giving back and supporting those in need through charitable organizations. At Innospec, charitable giving is deeply embedded in our culture. Through our global Innospec Cares program, we empower employees to support the causes they care most about, whether by nominating charities for donations, accessing match funding for personal fundraising, or volunteering one workday per year. One inspiring example comes from Russ Wintle, our Fuel Specialties Director of Purchasing. As he approaches his 60th birthday, Russ set himself an ambitious goal to raise £60,000 over 60 weeks for six charities, in memory of cherished friends and family. With incredible support from colleagues, friends, and the wider community, Russ has organized a series of events, from gala evenings and road trips to afternoon teas and live music, all to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK (CRUK), Macmillan Cancer Support, The British Liver Trust, Alzheimer's Society, Mind and Sands - baby loss charity We’re proud to support Russ through Innospec Cares, by providing match funding and enabling him to use his volunteering day to further his mission. On this International Day of Charity, we thank all our employees who continue to make a difference, locally and globally, through compassion and initiative. #InnospecCares #InternationalDayOfCharity #CorporateResponsibility #CommunityImpact #CharityChallenge #Innospec
