#WinoftheWeek 🔥Kudos to Professional #FireFighters and Paramedics of North Carolina and Asheville Fire Fighters Local 332 for standing up for #workers’ rights and fighting for a new ordinance affirming the right to union representation in grievance meetings. Thanks to their leadership, the ordinance passed unanimously. 👏✊ Asheville is the first city to pass such an ordinance.

Fire fighters diagnosed with #PTSD can now seek treatment without fear of job-related repercussions, and #PFAS will be phased out of fire fighter gear. Strong work!
