Across Romania, the movement to end sex trafficking is growing. Last month, our team visited IJM Romania to gather stories of resilience in a city where exploitation persists. An estimated 2 million people are enslaved across Europe, and IJM's team in Romania is confronting this reality by studying the scope of trafficking, strengthening justice systems and partnering with governments to find traffickers and support survivors. They’re also equipping survivors to lead change and build safer communities across borders. We’re proud to stand with this bold, committed team and grateful for the global community that supports their work. 📸 Tap through to see a few highlights from an unforgettable trip in a beautiful country.
