The MOU establishes a collaborative framework to guide planning and coordination for the North Path project. This key milestone reflects Invenergy’s fundamental commitment to responsible development by following the leadership of Tribal Nations and honoring the cultural, environmental, and sovereign decisions of Tribes. North Path would deliver energy affordability for families and businesses in New Mexico and across the Southwest region, meet surging energy demand, bolster reliability, and strengthen local economies including lasting benefits for Navajo communities. As a part of our work to update and expand our facilities, we're excited to share our Generation Control Center (GCC) at Invenergy’s Center of Excellence is fully operational. In tandem with the GCC at our Chicago headquarters, the GCC represents both Electronic and Physical Security Perimeters governed by NERC CIP regulations. Our 24/7 system operators are on site to ensure seamless performance for the business and our customers. The GCCs enable us to deliver resilient, intelligent, and secure solutions that meet and even exceed the operational demands of our evolving landscape.

Tia Martinson, Communications Manager, is celebrating 15 years at Invenergy this month. When Tia started, the company had no more than one hundred Chicago employees spanning a few departments. As Invenergy has grown, Tia has meaningfully contributed to our company's culture through her innovative ideas, exceptional communications skills, and people-centric spirit. In 2016, Tia co-founded the Empower Mentorship Program and deployed it company-wide. That program today offers our 2,800 employees the chance to strengthen our collective knowledge and capabilities. Tia also spent many years leading and supporting employee-created scholarship programs and veterans outreach initiatives, and was integral in keeping employees connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. "Our entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to our people and communities enable us to achieve what once seemed impossible. From the beginning, I learned not to be afraid to pitch bold ideas, because here, bold ideas become reality. Since I joined, we’ve expanded technologies, entered new markets, added specialties, and brought once‑impossible capabilities in‑house," said Tia. "I feel fortunate to have been part of such transformative growth. Invenergy supports its people and nurtures their ideas, and it’s been inspiring to see how that investment fuels progress for both our teams and the work we do." In 2008, Ivan Morales joined Invenergy Services, working in O&M at an energy project in Texas. He brought with him a strong foundation from his prior work as an aviation technician. Over the next 12 years, he contributed to reliable energy generation for communities across the Lone Star State, and became a trusted leader on-site. His deep understanding of field operations and project safety set the stage for the next chapter in his career. In 2021, Ivan transitioned project sites, taking on the role of Operations & Maintenance Manager at one of the largest solar sites in North America. Today, he oversees a major part of our solar fleet, guiding teams, supporting safe and efficient operations, and helping shape Invenergy Services' growing presence in utility-scale solar. Now celebrating 17 years at Invenergy, Ivan continues to lead with the same precision, dedication, and steady approach that defined his earliest days in the field. "Keep on keeping on.
