  • Cybersecurity Awareness Month may be coming to a close, but the work of building digital trust isn’t something that ends with the month. This year has been a defining one for connected device security. From the AT&T and Salesforce breaches to a surge in reported vulnerabilities across everyday smart devices, each incident reminds us how critical trust, transparency, and collaboration are in protecting what connects us. At ioXt, the Global Standard for IoT Security, we’ve spent this month working alongside global partners and industry leaders to advance those priorities — including our participation in the CTA Technology & Standards Fall Forum, where our team spoke on a panel about the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark program, and IoT Alliance Australia co-design sessions shaping future cybersecurity labeling frameworks globally. We’re also celebrating members who are taking action: ✅ Afero, certifying their Hubspace 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner ✅ MES, certifying their MES System Every certified product represents another step toward a safer connected world — one where trust isn’t assumed, it’s verified. #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth #IoTSecurity #USCyberTrustMark #ioXt #CyberTrust #SmartHomeSecurity

  • Labels are everywhere. But not all of them mean the same thing. ✔️ Some rely on self-attestation. ✔️ Some lack transparency or independent oversight. ✔️ Some stop at “good enough.” The U.S. Cyber Trust Mark is different — a rigorous, federally backed label designed to give consumers clarity and manufacturers a path to trusted differentiation. At ioXt, the Global Standard for IoT Security, we go beyond box-checking. Our certification process enforces security integrity, ensures transparency through a public registry, and aligns with the latest NIST and FCC guidance. Because in cybersecurity, the label only matters if it stands for something real. ➡️ Certification done right builds trust that lasts. #Cybersecurity #USCTM #IoTSecurity #TrustMark #ioXtAlliance

  • Collaboration is key to building a safer connected world. ioXt, the Global Standard for IoT Security, is proud to participate in IoT Alliance Australia’s (IoTAA) Co-Design Working Group for the new Security Labelling Scheme for Smart Devices. This initiative brings together industry, government, and security experts to co-design a cybersecurity labelling framework tailored for Australia — one that aligns with leading international models such as the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark program. By sharing our experience as a Cybersecurity Labeling Authority (CLA) under the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark, ioXt is helping ensure consistency across markets, interoperability of standards, and global consumer trust in connected products. We’re excited to contribute to this important work and strengthen the bridge between regional and global cybersecurity ecosystems. #IoTSecurity #CyberTrustMark #IoTAA #CybersecurityStandards #USCTM #GlobalSecurity

  • Labels have a way of reshaping entire industries: ✔️ Energy Star made efficiency a competitive edge. ✔️ Nutrition labels turned transparency into consumer pressure. ✔️ LEED transformed sustainability into a marketable asset and a benchmark for excellence. Cybersecurity labeling—especially the new U.S. Cyber Trust Mark—is poised to follow the same path. At ioXt, the Global Standard for IoT Security, we believe the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark is more than a compliance checkbox; it’s a powerful market signal that makes security visible, measurable, and valuable. Much like LEED or Energy Star, labels drive consumer trust, simplify buying decisions, and reward manufacturers who lead the way. Certification is an opportunity for product teams, engineers, and business leaders to clearly demonstrate their commitment to security—and gain a strategic advantage. If you’re preparing your devices for certification, now is the time to get ahead. The market is moving fast, and early leaders will set the standard. #Cybersecurity #USCTM #IoTSecurity #TrustMark #ioXtAlliance

The CTA Technology & Standards Fall Forum brought together innovators, engineers, and policymakers from across the tech ecosystem, covering everything from AI and digital health to connectivity, sustainability, and cybersecurity. For ioXt, the conversations around connected device security and the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark (USCTM) were especially meaningful. As both a collaborator and a designated Cybersecurity Labeling Authority, we were proud to join the CTA panel to provide latest updates on the USCTM program. Here are a few of our key takeaways: 1. Program momentum continues. The U.S. Cyber Trust Mark is under review by the Council for National Security, with activity expected to resume later this fall. 2. Federal alignment is accelerating. Executive Order 14306 directs agencies to adopt USCTM in federal procurement by January 2027, signaling growing integration of cybersecurity labeling into national policy. 3. Technical refinements are in progress. There is an ongoing effort to streamline documentation and testing requirements, making certification more practical while maintaining integrity and rigor. 4. Collaboration drives progress. We had the opportunity to connect with members, partners, and peers to align on shared goals for transparency, compliance, and consumer trust. Events like this are a powerful reminder that security is not a box to check. It’s an ecosystem-wide commitment. As the Global Standard for IoT Security and a designated Cybersecurity Labeling Authority for the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark, ioXt is proud to play an active role in these conversations and in advancing trust worldwide. A big thank you to CTA and all the participants who are pushing the dialogue forward. We look forward to continuing the work together. #IoXt #CyberTrustMark #IoTSecurity #CTAFallForum #Collaboration
