🚧 Breaking Ground for a Brighter Future! 🚧 IP Builders, Inc. is honored to serve as the general contractor for the new Vital Aging Murdaugh Senior Center, a 13,000 sq. ft. facility that will expand and enhance the services provided by Vital Aging, a nonprofit committed to supporting seniors through meals, transportation, and homebound care. Named after Winfred Olin Murdaugh, the nonprofit’s first board chairman, this state-of-the-art center will include: ✅ A 200-seat multipurpose dining room ✅ ADA-compliant restrooms ✅ Indoor walking track & outdoor garden ✅ Catering kitchen with walk-in cooler & pantry ✅ Craft/activity room, exercise space, tech library, game room & health room This vital project is made possible through state and federal funding, with special thanks to Congressman Jim Clyburn and State Senator Ronnie Sabb for their continued support of the aging population.
