  • Throwback to an impactful week of learning and teamwork! Last week, Jillian Rodrigue co-trained two FEMA National Emergency Management Basic Academy courses for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). The courses—Fundamentals of Threats and Hazards and the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP)—helped participants from diverse disciplines strengthen preparedness through shared knowledge and tested plans. Kudos to Jillian for leading the way in emergency management training and fostering cross-discipline coordination! #ThrowbackThursday #EmergencyManagement #FEMA #MEMA #HSEEP #Preparedness #Resilience #Training #LeadingthroughTraining

This holiday season, our iParametrics team has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for a platoon of 30 U.S. soldiers currently serving in a highly dangerous kinetic environment overseas. These soldiers are operating under extreme conditions, with limited access to everyday comforts, while conducting continuous missions in support of our national security. They’ll be spending the holidays far from home, family, and the normal rhythms of life most of us take for granted. This effort is also personal. The platoon leader’s father is a close friend of iParametrics Principal, Paul Pelletier, and is a decorated, retired Army Ranger Colonel who served five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He devoted his career to leading soldiers in some of the most difficult combat environments our nation has faced. Now his son is carrying on that same tradition of service and leadership in one of the most demanding operational settings anywhere in the world. To show our appreciation and support for this platoon, we’re assembling care packages to arrive before Christmas. Our goal is to send a mix of practical items and morale boosters, including snacks that won’t melt, hygiene essentials, hydration powders, entertainment items, and notes of encouragement. We’ve set up a GoFundMe so friends, colleagues, and our broader LinkedIn community can join us. All funds will be used to purchase needed items in bulk for the platoon’s care packages. If you’re in a position to give, any amount - truly any - will help us send a powerful message that their sacrifices are seen and appreciated. If you are unable to donate, sharing this post is also incredibly helpful! This is a simple gesture that carries enormous meaning for those serving far from home during the holidays. Thank you in advance for helping us deliver comfort, encouragement, and a reminder of our gratitude for their service and tireless work protecting our country. https://lnkd.in/ejBZmX5y
