Sunday Supper returned for its 16th year at Chelsea Market, bringing together more than 200 guests for an evening of dining. From start to finish, the event showcased the best of Chelsea Market—beginning with small plates and signature drinks from its chefs and merchants, followed by a family-style dinner crafted by James Beard Foundation award-winning and nominated chefs, and ending with desserts from market favorites. Newport on the Levee closed out summer with Riverfest, the annual festival along the Ohio River featuring one of the nation’s largest fireworks displays. Nearly 30,000 guests gathered to enjoy live music, food, and activities for all ages throughout the day. Avalon teamed up with The Bert Show to host the 11th Annual Noon to Night Fall Fashion Benefit. The blue runway came alive with Bert’s Big Adventure kids, local celebrities, and fashion models, celebrating style for a cause. This event helps Bert’s Big Adventure provide an all-expenses-paid, five-day trip to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. We're proud to share our 13th Annual Sustainability and Social Responsibility Report highlighting ESG efforts and achievements in 2024 and the first half of 2025. Key highlights include profile-wide reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, energy intensity, and water consumption per square foot compared to 2014 baselines. Notable property achievements include 619 Ponce in Atlanta, which achieved a 71% reduction in carbon emissions through local timber sourcing and efficient structural design compared to a fully concrete and steel building of equivalent size. Over two decades ago, West Midtown was an industrial corner of Atlanta, full of potential but largely overlooked. Jamestown saw more than old brick and steel, we saw the chance to give the neighborhood new life while honoring its past. Spaces like White Provision, once a meatpacking plant and now part of Westside Provisions District, have become more than buildings—they serve as backdrops for chef-driven restaurants and community gatherings. While some restaurants have come and gone, the neighborhood’s pioneers continue to flourish, evolving alongside the streets they helped shape. "We saw an opportunity to repurpose the underutilized industrial area for modern commerce and living.
