    I'm seeing a lot of green in "The Feed" today 🌳. And no, I'm not talking about my LinkedIN feed. I'm talking about the Jenda Marketing Module feed! Beverage Alcohol Retailers are talking a lot about Earth Day 🌍 - and it's only 12:45 central time! Their social channels, websites, and emails communications are all a buzz 🐝 🍸 🍷 🍺 with Earth Day posts featuring beer, wine, and spirits that highlight sustainability in their practices. 🫶 As the wise folks at one of the retailers said in an email today, "Who said saving the planet can't be delicious?" If you're on the supplier or distributor side and have products that are green-friendly, do you know if they are getting the retailer love today?     🍁 🍂 Last Sunday was the Autumnal Equinox and the official start to #Fall. But wait! Before you go reaching for your #psls, this week is the perfect time to take a beat and reflect for a moment about #summer. 🏖 So that’s what we did at Jenda! Harry Shulman and I put together a Summer 2024 Retrospective Report for #Vodka (and can do the same for other bev alc categories if you’re interested) featuring a few of the top brands in the category. Hit me up if you’d like an UNBLINDED copy or want to know how your brand (or pssst – a competitor brand 🕵♂️ 🔍 ) fared. In the report, we looked at: 📣 Retailer digital communications to understand which summer holiday moments and channels mattered most for vodka brands, and which brands benefited from these “earned” placements by winning share of voice for the summer season. 📈 Leading indicators for success (like share of distribution, in-stock rates, and price to consumer) for three top brands in five key states. 🗺 Specific, outlet-level examples of sales excellence and those where there are sales opportunities for the three brands in the five key states. 🎯 In this excerpt, which I’ve anonymized for this LinkedIN post, we used Jenda’s comp set data to understand how the three brands fared in terms of their share of distribution in five key states, as well as opportunities to win new PODs for each brand, highlighting an outlet where the SKU was not in distribution but 6 of their direct competitors were.
