JEVS Human Services President & CEO Cynthia Figueroa was proud to present on The State of the Nonprofit Sector and share how the Nonprofit Leaders Group is addressing today’s challenges at the Nonprofit Growth Workshop led by Councilmember Jeffery Young Jr and Councilmember Kendra Brooks at Community College of Philadelphia. The event brought together leaders dedicated to strengthening and empowering our communities — a mission at the heart of JEVS. We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to this important conversation. During the 2025 Workforce Leaders Symposium, our Career Training leaders, Justin and Valry, sat on a panel where they shared details of JEVS’ Pharmacy Technician pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship pathway in collaboration with CVS Health. They offered the audience valuable information about apprenticeships and answered questions about how employers can implement the practice in their organizations. #JEVS #apprenticeships #workforcedevelopment
