What an incredible week at Frankfurt Book Fair! It was wonderful connecting with so many partners, authors, and innovators who are shaping the future of knowledge and learning. The energy was palpable. ⚡ Jay Flynn inspired us with his vision of publishers evolving from intermediaries to essential architects of knowledge. Josh Jarrett shared how AI is transforming researcher workflows and reshaping the publishing landscape. There was no shortage of inspiration. This year, we also spotlighted our ExplanAItions campaign, where Wiley interviews researchers to learn how they are using AI in their work. The full report is coming later this month. Forward-thinking discussions at our booth’s Innovation Hub kept the momentum strong throughout the week. We were also thrilled to host our annual stand party, bringing our community together to celebrate our shared passion for publishing. 🎉 The excitement continued through the weekend with engaging author interviews, where we heard powerful stories and expertise that truly drive our work. We left Frankfurt feeling inspired and more committed than ever to empowering researchers, learners, and professionals worldwide. A huge thank you to everyone who visited our booth, shared their ideas, re-homed the plants from our stand, and made this year's fair a memorable success. Swipe through the carousel to see some of our favorite moments from the week. If you spot yourself or your team, be sure to tag them in the comments! #FrankfurtBookFair #Publishing #AIinPublishing #AcademicPublishing #EdTech #FBM25

Big news for life science researchers, institutions, and R&D in corporations! Peer-reviewed content from Wiley journals is now available through Scholar Gateway directly in the MCP Directory as a connector for Claude for Life Sciences — no platform switching required. Here's what this means: ✔️ Researchers: Claude’s responses provide relevant snippets of scientific content from authoritative Wiley scholarly sources, with direct DOI links allowing you to access full papers with one click ✔️ Institutions: Authenticated access respects your Wiley institutional subscriptions and enhances usage, even when researchers aren’t accessing content directly through Wiley Online Library The result? Faster discovery of reliable, citable, peer-reviewed insights without leaving your AI research assistant — no app switching, no friction, just answers. This is AI-powered discovery built on scholarly foundations you can trust. Read more here: https://ow.ly/11UT50Xfp5f Connect with us at Libraryinfo@wiley.com

With 22,200+ journals in Clarivate’s Journal Citation Reports (2025), competition for visibility is more intense than ever. 📊 Journals that don’t keep pace risk becoming less discoverable, losing readership, and ultimately missing out on high-quality submissions. Strategic growth changes that. By commissioning quality research, fostering diversity, and amplifying impact, journals can thrive. At Wiley, our Strategic Content Acquisition team partners with editors to uncover growth opportunities and bring their vision to life. 🌍 Learn how visibility drives impact in our latest blog: https://ow.ly/1ep350XeLIJ #AcademicPublishing

"The path is clear—we have to meet researchers where they already work, this is the intentional path Wiley has taken: connecting our quality, trusted content and data to the powerful AI tools we know researchers are using." Yesterday, Josh Jarrett (Senior Vice President & General Manager, AI Growth) spoke to attendees at #FBM25, sharing powerful insights from our ExplanAItions 2025 study — including how AI is already influencing researcher behavior and reshaping the publishing landscape. “The opportunity is enormous. We have access to the world's most trusted content. We have relationships with the people who create knowledge and the institutions that fund it. We have tech that didn't exist five years ago. If we can connect all of that for real-world impact, publishers stop being middlemen in the knowledge economy and start being essential architects of knowledge itself.” Earlier this week, Jay Flynn spoke to attendees at #FBM25 about how publishers can move forward, innovate, and reimagine our value in an AI-driven world.
