Earlier this week, the Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee (JTAC) held its October meeting and elected new officers for the 2025–2027 term. The JTAC advocates on behalf of the citizens of Jacksonville for improvements to all forms of public transportation in the community. JTA CEO Nat Ford, joined by members of the JAX Chamber, had the opportunity to engage with leaders advancing the Solihull & Coventry Automated Links Evolution (SCALE) project — one of six initiatives within the United Kingdom’s national Connected and Automated Mobility (CAM) program championed by Zenzic. The SCALE project represents a bold step forward in the UK’s vision to create a fully connected, autonomous mobility network that transforms how communities move and interact. Through this effort, global partners like Ohmio are helping to bring these innovations from concept to reality. This pioneering work aligns closely with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority’s Ultimate Urban Circulator (U²C) vision — advancing innovation, connectivity, and the future of autonomous public transportation in the U.S. By engaging with international mobility leaders and programs like Zenzic’s CAM initiative, the JTA continues to explore forward-thinking solutions that will shape the future of American mobility. 🌍💡 #FutureOfMobility #InnovationInMotion #MobilityLeaders #AutonomousTechnology
