About us
As one of the original firms, we’ve never lost sight of the fact that consulting is a people business. A global partnership in more than 40 countries, our people make us who we are. We’re individuals with different passions and strengths who take as much joy in the work we do as from those we work with. Our strategic operations heritage means we’ve always known that a plan is only as good as the outcome it inspires. In practice, our teams bring the perspective, understanding, and hands-on know-how to build the future as you see it. Working together we’ll see big ideas through to working realities, helping you move from keeping up to breaking through. By your side, we deliver—value, results, impact.

If sustainability isn’t embedded in what you buy, it will never be embedded in what you do. Last week at Procure Innovation Dialogues, Kearney launched the Green Procurement Playbook: The CPO’s Guide to Delivering Value for Business and Planet, created in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. The Playbook distills insights from 100+ CPOs into eight building blocks—turning proven practices into a practical guide to move from ambition to action. For many organizations, procurement is where real climate impact begins. The choices CPOs make today will determine which companies lead and which fall behind by 2030. 👉 Swipe to see the highlights from our Green Procurement Playbook. AI is on every revenue growth management (RGM) road map, but only 1 in 10 organizations report scaled deployments. According to Kearney’s latest RGM Brief 2025, most companies are still in early stages: testing low- and no-code tools, building dashboards, or experimenting with copilots. Take the next step, and turn AI pilots into governed, agentic products embedded into investment, planning, and decision forums: https://bit.ly/48w3vbp Authors: Fabian Lux, Moritz Breuninger, German Slobodenyuk, Leona Tan, and Julius Appelhagen

Tech investment isn't the same as progress. Without a link from spend to outcome, it can become another overhead cost. Less can be more. Fewer, better choices means intent, alignment, and executive ownership of outcomes. Spend doesn't equal #strategy. Every forecast now begins with uncertainty. Geopolitical risk is rising, trade is fragmenting, and AI is rewriting the rules of productivity. The result? Unsteady ground that demands bold, values-based leadership. Shopping without shopping is here. Sixty percent of consumers expect to use AI agents for purchases within the next year. That means platforms such as Google, OpenAI, and Klarna—not retailers—will enter the center of choice. What does this “agentic commerce” shift mean for you? Make four moves now to stay agent-preferred: https://bit.ly/4pZKZOZ Authors: Katherine Black, Miguel Paredes, PhD, Brent Smolinski, and Natalie Shield

If day 1 of the Future of Supply Chain event was about inspiring transformation during the “operations era,” day 2 was about making it real. Collaboration took center stage as clients shared bold ideas and led TED-style talks on what it will take to rewire supply chains for resilience, position operations as engines of growth, and reshape talent strategies with AI. The theme of the day was candidness and not being alone in these new struggles. Leaders shared openly about being behind on AI, struggling to attract next-gen talent, and needing to rethink partnerships across their ecosystems. Cross-function collaboration proved to be the catalyst for momentum, and this is what it means to be part of our community: embracing challenging assumptions, learning from each other, and finding solutions together. When leaders leave willing to question what they thought they knew, that's when real change begins.
