On a breezy morning at our Kensington Center, the sound of children’s laughter drifts through the air. There are no walls, no ceilings—just sky above and endless opportunities to learn, explore, and play. Thanks to a partnership with PNC a brand-new outdoor classroom is taking shape, a space where curiosity leads the way and every child can grow with confidence. This is just one of the inspiring stories you’ll find in the newest issue of Possibilities magazine. Read more about this outdoor classroom and discover even more stories of growth, inclusion, and community. https://lnkd.in/euY6DS4J

The Magazine is officially out! This season, we’re celebrating A Tradition of Giving, how Cianci Chiropractic’s annual holiday gift drive has been bringing joy and hope to children in our Transitional Care Homes for nearly 20 years. From wish lists filled with toys and books to essentials like blankets and clothing, their generosity reminds us that community isn’t just where we live—it’s how we love. At KenCrest, our Supported Independent Living program empowers adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) to live more independently — with dignity, choice, and support. Whether someone owns or rents their home (or lives in a KenCrest-provided residence), they receive up to 30 hours of support per week tailored to their goals and needs. From daily living skills (like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting) to accessing healthcare, transportation, and community engagement, our team is there every step of the way. Available in Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties. Curious if Supported Independent Living is right for you or a loved one? Reach out, and let us help you take those next steps toward more independence. https://lnkd.in/epCCWDBX

KenCrest on the Hill! We joined the ANCOR Policy Summit & Hill Day in Washington, D.C. to make sure the voices of people with I/DD and their families are heard loud and clear. Our Director of Government Relations & Advocacy, Chip Riddleberger, met with members of Congress from PA and DE—including Sen. John Fetterman, Sen. David McCormick, Rep. Madeleine Dean, Sen. Chris Coons, Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester, and Rep. Sarah McBride. We thanked them for investing in vital services—and urged continued support for Medicaid and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). We also spotlighted key legislation like the HCBS Relief Act and the SOC bill for Direct Support Professionals, both critical to strengthening services and the workforce that makes inclusion possible. Big thanks to ANCOR for bringing advocates together, and to our legislators for listening! #KenCrest #Advocacy #Inclusion #HCBS #DSPs
