Last week, we hosted one of our favorite annual traditions—the Wisconsin Sparkle Scholarship event!✨ Each year, talented students from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s jewelry and metalsmithing program design and create a unique piece of jewelry. Our Kesslers Diamonds team then votes on the designs, and the top creators receive scholarship awards to help support their schooling in this artistic field. One of the highlights of this event is giving guests an exclusive behind‑the‑scenes look into our goldsmith shop—where they can see the incredible skill, precision, and artistry our goldsmiths bring to serve our clients every single day. It’s always a crowd favorite! We’re also incredibly proud to share that we currently have five students from this very UWM program as employee owners of Kesslers. Seeing these talented individuals start as participants, grow in their craft, and become valued members of our Kesslers family is one of the most rewarding outcomes of this partnership. Our Shareholder Meeting Was Like, Totally Awesome! This past Sunday, we turned back the clock and brought out the neon for our totally rad 80s themed Shareholder Meeting - because when you're an employee-owned company, celebrating together is part of the journey! We celebrated everything we accomplished over the past year and highlighted the power of ownership in action. We had a guest speaker, Neil Ihde, who reminded us of the importance of being joy spreaders - people who uplift and energize those around them. We spent the afternoon building relationships, laughing, and embracing our inner child with plenty of throwback fun. There's something powerful about pausing to reflect, connect, and just enjoy each other's company. We're proud to be 100% employee-owned and even prouder to share moments like this with our incredible team.
