Once a year, KFC LA&C comes together to celebrate Founders Day or the birthday of our very own Colonel Sanders. ✨ This year, we took the celebration to Nassau, Bahamas to celebrate side-by-side with our Team Members and RGM's - the true heartbeat of our business who make things happen every single day, brining our values to life and keeping operations running with passion, energy and care for our guests. Founders Day was the perfect mix of learning, connection, and celebration as we also launched our Breakthrough Training to lead with Smart, Heart and Courage. Meet Regina Borda 🌟 General Manager, KFC LA&C This October, Regina celebrates an incredible milestone, 22 years with Yum! Brands. Her journey has come full circle, starting with KFC LA&C, working across all Yum! Brands, and returning to KFC LA&C in recent years. Her career has been more of a zigzag than a straight line, spanning Marketing, Operations, Development, and Digital and now GM Leadership; and taking her to three countries and three U.S. states. Through it all, she’s learned one key lesson: “nothing happens without the right people, and nothing is real unless it’s real in the restaurant.” Outside of work, Regina is a passionate traveler and at home she embraces a multicultural life with her Swiss roots, Colombian husband, and together they have raised their three children in a way that has instilled empathy, resilience and laughter across cultures. What drives her most?  Impact: leaving the world a little better through people, projects, and daily choices. We are incredibly grateful to have Regina as part of our team — a bold, growth-mindset leader who inspires us all to aim higher and make a difference every day. #KFCLAC #Leadership

🌿 Wellness in Action: A Day with a Lasting Impact 🌿 KFC LA&C took a meaningful pause to focus on something essential to how we live and work: our well-being. Our 2025 Wellness Day was more than just a break from the routine. It was a shared experience centered on health, balance, and connection. We began the day with optional biometric screenings to support our personal health goals, followed by a nourishing catered breakfast and fresh-pressed juices that gave us the fuel we needed. We spent time exploring a Yum! Brands benefits presentation that helped us better understand the tools and support available for our mental, physical, and financial wellness. We also made space to care for both body and mind: ✔️ Therapeutic massages to help unwind 💆 ✔️ Light, yet fun, movement challenges to keep us active 💪 ✔️ A calming sound healing session that helped us reset and reflect 🎚️ This day reminded us that wellness is not just a perk. It is a reflection of what we value as a team. When we take care of ourselves, we show up stronger for each other, for our work, and for the communities we serve.
