Revolutionizing the healthcare provider-patient visit.
About us
Knowtex captures natural conversation between a clinician and patient, identifies relevant medical information, and generates a pre-filled note with medical coding suggestions, for clinician review and sign-off. For clinicians, we’re decreasing time spent on manual documentation and allowing them to focus on patient care. For healthcare organizations, we’re improving accuracy and efficiency in medical billing and coding to help with reimbursements.

Welcome to the 2025 class of Knowtex summer interns! Gatik and Diya are joining us from the highly selective UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology (M.E.T.) program where students earn dual degrees from both UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering and the Haas School of Business. Gatik studies Bioengineering and Business and is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and AI, particularly how emerging technologies can be leveraged to improve patient outcomes. Previously, he founded a startup focused on medical device monitoring / diagnostics supporting underserved patient populations around the world. Outside of academics and work, he is a huge sports fan (go Niners!) and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and backpacking. Fun Fact: Gatik is ambidextrous! Diya studies Bioengineering and Business and is interested in how software can be used to streamline healthcare operations and more effectively support providers and other individuals involved in delivering care to patients. She previously worked at the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation to help increase adolescent clinical trial recruitment rates, and also worked in the longevity space to develop a platform for medical concierge clinics to visualize patient data. Some of her hobbies include listening to podcasts and traveling - when she's in San Francisco, she's always on the hunt for new coffee shops to explore! Fun fact: Diya has visited every continent except Antarctica!

This weekend was a major milestone: Knowtex is the first and only voice AI solution for oncology at ASCO25 —and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who stopped by Booth #24159 to connect. We were thrilled to reconnect with our current users and meet so many new clinicians and leaders—many from across the globe (Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Switzerland, India and more!) —who share our vision for reducing documentation burden and improving accuracy with tools that truly fit the clinical workflow. Our Knowtex team on the ground included one of our exceptional medical fellows, who presented the first-ever research on voice AI implementation with EHR integration in oncology—accepted as a poster presentation by ASCO. It was a proud and humbling moment to see our work recognized and to engage in meaningful conversations about how technology can support and enhance clinical care. Astera Cancer Care, Tennessee Oncology, OneOncology, Navista To everyone who stopped by: thank you. And if we missed you—or if you’d like to continue the conversation—our door’s always open. #ASCO25 #Oncology #VoiceAI #AIinMedicine #ClinicalDocumentation #EHRIntegration #HealthTech #Knowtex (edited)

We can't believe COA25 came and went already—wow, what a conference. It was incredible meeting so many passionate leaders in oncology at the 2025 Community Oncology Conference. We loved having thoughtful conversations about the future of cancer care, research collaboration, and how AI can support better treatment outcomes. We loved sharing how Knowtex is helping reduce documentation and coding burdens and supporting clinicians through transparent, specialty-tailored voice AI workflows integrated into the medical record —and we were especially energized by the interest in research opportunities. A huge thank you to the teams at OneOncology, Coastal Cancer Center, Astera Cancer Care, and Ironwood Cancer and Research Centers for taking the time to connect. Your dedication to innovation and better patient care inspires us. And of course, thanks to everyone who stopped by Booth #701—whether you came for the demo or the golf balls. Let’s keep the momentum going. If we didn’t get a chance to talk in person, we’d still love to connect! https://hubs.ly/Q03lGSB60 #COA25 #OncologyInnovation #VoiceAI #HealthcareAI #DigitalHealth #Knowtex #ClinicalWorkflows
