Skeptics said it would never work. But Kodiak’s AI driver has already logged millions of autonomous miles, thousands of driverless hours, and now it takes center stage. Tomorrow in Times Square, a Kodiak Driver-powered truck will be on display as we ring the bell and drive the future, with Kodiak expected to join Nasdaq as KDK.

The transportation industry doesn’t evolve gradually. It shifts in seismic leaps. The railroad reshaped America. Flight connected the world. Now comes the age of autonomy. Kodiak has been building toward this moment for years, demonstrating that AI can safely and reliably drive the future of transportation. On Thursday, we expect to take the next step, ushering in a new era of transportation as Kodiak is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq as KDK.

Kodiak is coming to NYC! On Thursday, September 25, our team and a Kodiak Driver-powered truck will be in Times Square to celebrate what we expect to be our first day as a public company. It’s a chance to celebrate how far autonomy has come and to share this moment with everyone watching the future of transportation unfold.

Moving minerals, equipment, and supplies across Australia’s remote regions puts logistics to the test. That’s why the WA Mining Conference & Exhibition in Perth is the right stage to talk about Kodiak’s self-driving technology. The Kodiak Driver is already transforming trucking in the U.S., hauling multiple trailers without a human in the cab, and we believe Australia’s Road Train operations would benefit from the same driverless solution. The Kodiak team will be on the ground this October. Join us at WA Mining to explore how autonomy can unlock new levels of efficiency and safety in mining logistics.

Setting the pace in autonomous trucking → 3,000+ hours of paid driverless operations → 8 customer-owned trucks running without a driver in the cab → Nearly 3 million autonomous miles logged Not a pilot. Not a test. Revenue-generating, customer-operated, and scaling.

Kodiak’s manufacturing partner Roush delivers its first Kodiak Driver-powered truck, joining seven others already in driverless operation. This truck rolled off Roush’s dedicated production line and into driverless service in the Permian Basin. As of today, Kodiak Driver-powered trucks have now logged more than 3,000 driverless hours, hauling freight in active customer operations with no one in the cab. And this is just the start. With Roush’s flexible manufacturing line, Roush and Kodiak intend to scale production into the hundreds of trucks by the end of 2026. Driverless today. Delivering every day.
