📢 Calling all LGBTQ+ artists and arts & culture organizations! Join Arts for LA on July 15 for the LA LGBTQ+ Arts & Culture Coalition's first convening to address the multiple crisis impacting our sector in LA County, including: discriminatory executive orders targeting our communities, the reckless dismantling of arts and humanities federal agencies, and local and state budget cuts. This will be the first of several public meetings this year for queer, trans and allied artists and cultural institutions to come together in support of LGBTQ+ arts to mobilize and strategize for our collective futures. Arts for LA will be facilitating this event to collect qualitative data on the impact of federal policies targeting the LGBTQIA+ community, artists, and arts organizations. The discussions will be used to inform a report for funders and elected officials. Learn more and register to attend at https://lnkd.in/gN3z2FYw
