We're thrilled to share that Sara O’Brien, MS, RD-AP, LDN, CNSC, one of our dietitians, successfully lobbied to have Malnutrition Awareness Week officially recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts! Thanks to her advocacy, the proclamation was signed by: Gov. Maura T. Healey Lt. Gov. Kimberly Driscoll Secretary William Francis Galvin Sara works at Lahey Hospital as a Registered Dietitian in Advanced Practice, where she brings both clinical expertise and a deep passion for public health. Her dedication to raising awareness about malnutrition is a shining example of how RDs are making a real difference, not just in healthcare settings, but at the state level.
