We’re so proud of our partnership with Southwest Airlines and the exceptional teamwork that brought this incredible campaign to life. ✈️ Check out some of the highlights below:
Earlier this week, Southwest Airlines hosted The Reveal — an exclusive event celebrating our new, elevated onboard experience! From redesigned cabins and all-new seats to fresh uniforms, inflight upgrades, and more destinations, the future of flying with Southwest looks brighter than ever! Our team, in partnership with Later, brought together eight incredible influencers to experience this one-of-a-kind moment. We kicked things off with a fun dinner on Monday night with our influencers, employee ambassadors, and our Chief Communications Officer, Whitney Eichinger. Then, on Tuesday, we spent time up close and personal with a plane that had only flown once before, arriving in Phoenix straight from the assembly line — truly special! We are so grateful for the kind and genuine influencers we get to work with, as well as the amazing teamwork that makes these experiences possible. Huge shoutout to Brandi Briggs-Freeman, Rea Ruplinger, and Madison Szilágyi for all the collaboration and support!

Last week I visited our Later office in Vancouver for a few days full of creative energy, laughter, and some much-needed bonding time with the Creative and PCM teams. After months of remote collaboration, our quality time resulted in what’s so difficult to achieve on Zoom or Slack: human connection. When you spend time together sharing meals, trading stories about life priorities, families, side passions, you start to understand what makes each person tick. You see each other’s humor, values, and creative process. You build the kind of trust that makes every future project smoother, kinder, and more collaborative. I left this trip feeling inspired, grateful, and even more confident in what this team can do together. Thank you to Bianca Chubb Euan Murphy David Balista Sarah Johnson Cynthia Lee and everyone in Vancouver for the warm welcome, the laughter, and the thoughtful conversations. And thanks to Later for recognizing how important it is to make space for human connection. Looking forward to more creativity, collaboration, and shared moments ahead.

Thanks for the water, Tom Petersen! 😂 And a huge thank you to the The Ad Club for another fantastic (sold-out) event with over 200 marketers. Proud to be representing Later on stage, joined by a lovely crew: Claire Nance, Toni Tiemann, and Carly Carioli. “How has consumer engagement evolved over the past five years?” Spoiler: It’s no longer just a metric - it’s the willingness to advocate for a brand when they're not in the room. A perfect example? One of my favorites in the space, Rachel Karten, released an interview with Olivia Yokubonis, social media manager at Opal, who is redefining brand presence with her TikTok account, Olivia Unplugged. No logos, no product push, just relatable, human content that’s pulled in 8M+ views in 30 days. She shows up in your feed like an older sister calling out your doomscrolling habits and shares the science behind what happens to our brains when we're on our phones. Suddenly, Opal’s mission feels personal.
