Networking and Relationships. Spent the day yesterday in New York with Jay Bhavsar. I met Jay on a trip to Pune, India back in 2019 when I was looking at sites for BridgeStreet and we reconnected via LinkedIn earlier this year. We are working together on his new venture VirtueInspect which we are bringing to North America. All of this because of networking and working on keeping relationships alive and interesting - It is one of the most important aspects for young professionals to keep in mind as they grow their careers. I remind them that they have to work at networking and building relationships because you never know when that connection will end up being a great working relationship.
