At Lennar, giving back to the community is more than a gesture - it's a heartfelt commitment to creating lasting, positive change. Through the Focused Acts of Caring initiative, the Lennar Portland team partnered with Clark County Food Bank, the Home Building Foundation, and Santa’s Posse to make a meaningful difference in their community. With Home Building Foundation, Associates rolled up their sleeves to transform a homeless veterans' shelter, building a new deck, creating a walking path, staining and painting picnic tables, and bringing life to the outdoor space through thoughtful landscaping. Their efforts turned the area into a more welcoming and functional environment for those who have served our country. Supporting the Clark County Food Bank, the team helped provide over 2,000 meals to families in need through volunteer events held throughout the year, spreading nourishment and hope across the community. To close out the year, the Portland Division teamed up with Santa Posse to host a holiday toy and food drive, preparing and delivering gifts and meals to 1,500 families ensuring the season was filled with joy and generosity. These initiatives demonstrate the team’s dedication to supporting those in need and making a lasting impact in their community. Keep up the great work!

Today we’re highlighting the great work Lennar’s Reno team contributed to Washoe County Human Services Agency (WCHSA) and Kids Kottage as part of their Focused Acts of Caring! In partnership with WCHSA, the Division hosted the second annual Christmas party for foster children at the Coconut Bowl Family Entertainment Center. Children attending the event received personalized stockings and holiday gifts from Santa, while also enjoying activities like laser tag, arcade games, and go-karting with Division Associates. The Division also made a generous donation to Kids Kottage, a group home for foster children, gifting the model home furniture from a recently closed-out Lennar community to the facility. Wonderful work, Reno! #LennarReno #FocusedActsofCaring #GivingBack

Lennar Central Valley chose to spend their time with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for its Focused Acts of Caring. In collaboration with CASA, Central Valley Associates hosted a bowling and pizza party for 75 at-risk youth and their Court Appointed Special Advocates. The Division also supported CASA’s annual Chef’s Cookout fundraiser, where Associates volunteered their time to deliver food and create a memorable event. Central Valley also held many other events throughout the year in support of the great work CASA does, including a backpack drive collecting over 200 backpacks filled with school supplies, and a “Splash Day” at a local water park for foster youth and their advocates. Keep up the great work!

The Lennar Coastal Carolinas Division made a powerful impact this year through Focused Acts of Caring, partnering with multiple local organizations to give back and strengthen the community. In support of Windwood Farms and its mission to empower at-risk boys, the team hosted a festive holiday vehicle parade, delivering Christmas gifts and essential supplies from the boys’ wish lists. Throughout the year, Associates had the chance to connect with the boys and support facility projects, creating a new outdoor living space, constructing a fishing dock, and transforming an existing building into a gym. The Division also hosted two “Chic Boutique” fundraising events benefiting Waccama Youth Center and Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA), featuring gently used designer clothing at discounted prices. Thank you for your contributions, Coastal Carolinas!

Meet this month's Lennar Legend – David Meyers! David joined Lennar in 2000, starting as a Sales Intern with U.S. Home before Lennar acquired the company. Originally from a family of farmers in South Florida, David always thought he’d follow in his family’s footsteps and run the farm after college, until his father encouraged him to explore other career opportunities. This led him to homebuilding, and for the last 25 years, he’s built his sales career with Lennar from his first internship to VP of Sales, to his current role as Division Manager. Throughout his career with Lennar, David has learned many valuable lessons and gained experiences that have shaped who he is today. From navigating challenging market conditions in 2008 to experiences like selling homes in a community with no models, his career has been full of moments that taught him how to adapt, be resilient, and think outside the box. He’s continuously inspired by Lennar’s commitment to growth and innovation. David values the opportunities he’s had to embrace cutting-edge technology and implement new processes that are transforming the industry. In David’s perspective, if you enjoy what you do, you hardly work a day in your life. He credits his long tenure with Lennar to the people, Company culture, and values that have made every day of the past 25 years enjoyable. To him, the loyalty Lennar Associates show each other, personally and professionally, defines who Lennar is as a company. He takes great pride in Lennar’s commitment to doing the right thing for the right reason that’s built into every aspect of our Company. David's advice to new Associates is to challenge themselves, be leaders, and voice their ideas. He also recommends all Associates take advantage of the numerous opportunities for growth and development Lennar provides, and never be afraid to embrace new career opportunities across departments. Here's to 25 incredible years, David! You're a true Lennar Legend, and we're excited to see how your leadership continues to make an impact. #LennarLegends #ILoveLennar #LoveWhereYouWork #LennarCulture

Meet Michael Mezayek. Michael is a Land Analyst for Lennar’s Dallas-Fort Worth Division. He moved to the DFW area and joined Lennar in 2024 looking to build his career in residential development after working with a real estate brokerage in Austin, Texas. In his current role, Michael analyzes land deals, managing purchase negotiations, structuring deals, and supporting forward planning for the Division. He enjoys how every land deal is different and presents the opportunity to connect with Associates across teams including Construction, Permitting, and Sales to plan our communities. Inspired by Lennar’s mission of doing the right thing for the right reason, Michael joined the company after seeing those values in action from his very first interview — in how we support our communities and in the homes we build. Michael enjoys the friendly atmosphere of the DFW Division, where each Associate goes above and beyond to support each other, personally and professionally. In his experience, he feels comfortable bringing new ideas to his team and values the transparent leadership of the Company. Congrats, Michael! Fun Fact: Michael is a proud University of Texas graduate and has attended at least one Longhorn football game in Austin every year for the past 12 years.
