The LII Lennox Foundation’s companywide volunteer initiative, Lennox Days of Good, continues to demonstrate what can be accomplished together when we support the communities where we live and work. ❤️ Through 168 events, Lennox volunteers put their hearts into every project, partnering with national and local organizations to make a meaningful impact. ❤️ 3,750 Lennox employees volunteered across 17 locations globally. This reflects 28% employee participation, surpassing our original goal. ❤️ Over 300,000+ meals packaged and more than 70 families fed in partnership with nonprofits like The Pack Shack, Feed My Starving Children, Minnie's Food Pantry, North Texas Food Bank, and Atlanta Community Food Bank. ❤️ 4,145 coats and 363 shoes were donated and distributed to elementary school students in partnership with Operation Warm. ❤️ Lennox volunteers collectively contributed over 6,500 service hours, showcasing the true spirit of giving. Thank you to our volunteers, partners, and 65 impact leaders who made the second annual Lennox Days of Good a success. Lennox leadership recently visited our Lennox National Account Services (NAS) and AES Industries • Mechanical • Recycle Commercial Services teams for a business review and tour of the new Lennox NAS building, acquired earlier this year. The visit was an opportunity to connect with local leaders, discuss continued growth across our Commercial Services divisions, and see the progress firsthand.
