Levine Music, the Washington DC region’s preeminent center for music education, is a welcoming community where children and adults find lifelong inspiration and joy through learning, performing, listening to, and participating with others in music. Levine’s core values, excellence and opportunity, infuse everything we do. Our distinguished faculty offers a broad and well-rounded curriculum that provides a strong musical foundation for students of different ages, abilities, and interests. We strive to make Levine education available to everyone. Hundreds of our students receive substantial scholarship assistance; many hundreds more receive free instruction through outreach programs.

  • We celebrated the start of our first full year at our newest campus in West Falls with a special ribbon cutting event! Thank you to the mayor, elected officials, and the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce for joining us for the occasion. And a special thanks to the many community members who helped make this remarkable new campus a reality and a musical home for so many students in the region.

  • Welcome Yuhe Wang to Levine's piano faculty! An accomplished performer, she has participated in both international and national music festivals, including the InterHarmony International Music Festival, the Gijon International Piano Festival, and the Leon Fleisher Academy. As a teacher, Yuhe focuses on the integration of technical foundation, musical understanding, and artistic expression. Her student-centered approach values each individual’s unique potential, offering personalized guidance to inspire inner motivation and sustain long-term growth.     On October 4, Levine piano faculty member Victor Galindo and guest pianists will perform music by Spanish and Latin American composers to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
