It’s officially been a whole year since we launched in Vancouver, and we’ve already helped Vancouverites take over 400,000 rides! In that time, we’ve been busy: 📍 Expanding our services into downtown 🅿️ Building state of the art parking corrals 🌈 Wrapping scooters and helping folks get to and from Vancouver pride 🪖 Giving out free helmets at events around the city Vancouver, it’s been an honor to help you get around this year. Next year you can expect: more community partnerships, more dedicated parking stations and a continued commitment to safety as we continue to grow as an accessible and sustainable transportation option for the city. Know the Code, follow the Rules, and keep London Moving Safely 🚦 London’s roads work best when everyone respects the rules of the road. By following the Highway Code, we can all help keep each other safe when moving around the city. 👉 Some key reminders for cyclists: - Stop for people at zebra crossings (including those on cycle tracks) - Always let people cross before you turn - Always let cyclists pass before turning - Cyclists must always stop at red lights - Give way to anyone still crossing when the light changes - Leave space for other people cycling at traffic lights - Don’t cycle on pavements or against traffic on one-way streets - Cross roads carefully, and use marked crossings where possible Let’s all do our part to make London’s roads safer for everyone.
