We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Yendou to centralize and automate site data and engagement for a faster, sleeker feasibility process. Traditionally, CROs treat sites as vendors rather than true partners. With Yendou, we’re strengthening long-term relationships, fostering transparency across site networks and fast-tracking feasibility. The results so far? See for yourself: 🍊 394% increase in qualified sites 🍊 15× more investigators onboarded 🍊 6+ hours saved per FTE weekly 🍊 12× more data points captured per site Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/dB6Q5wAW #CRO #ClinicalResearch #ResearchSites

We are the anti-CRO running radically faster, high-quality clinical trials for life science pioneers.
About us
Lindus Health is an anti-CRO running radically faster, more reliable clinical trials for life science pioneers. We do this thanks to a commercial model that aligns incentives (fixed-price quotes per study, with milestone-based payments), marrying a world-class clinical operations team with our AI-software platform, and access to 40 million Electronic Health Records. We handle the end-to-end execution of clinical studies, including design, patient recruitment, clinical data capture, monitoring and project management. We have helped over 40 sponsors run entire clinical studies across the US, UK, and Europe up to 72.9% faster than traditional CROs.

🎙️ Our co-CEO Michael Young sat down with Joe Wear on the latest episode of the Founders and Builders podcast - and trust us, this one’s packed with insights (and a few laughs too!). From advising the UK Prime Minister to co-founding Lindus Health, Michael shares his journey of seeing firsthand how slow, expensive, and outdated the traditional CRO model is - and how that inspired him to build a better way. 💡 Michael even said it himself: this was the most fun he’s had on a podcast yet! 🎧 Listen here: https://lnkd.in/diYhe6Pv
Michael Young was a Special Advisor to the UK Prime Minister on life sciences before leaving government to co-found Lindus Health. The company has raised $75 million to rebuild clinical trials from the ground up and create what he calls the “anti CRO”. From outdated, billion-dollar systems to adaptive, tech-driven trials, Michael shares how broken incentives and slow processes are holding back innovation, and how a new model could transform the way new treatments reach patients. What you’ll learn 👇 1. How to spot broken systems and rebuild them Why Michael walked away from government to fix the way new medicines are tested - and what that teaches about solving big, slow problems. 2. The secret to moving fast in a heavily regulated industry without cutting corners. 3. How to align incentives so everyone wins Why CROs profit when trials drag on and how flipping that model unlocked faster, cheaper results. 4. Start small, scale smart How running simple early trials helped Lindus build trust, prove the model and move into complex areas faster than competitors. 5. Fundraising that actually adds value How to find investors who believe in your long-term vision instead of pushing short-term metrics. 🎧 Full episode with Michael Young is out now on Founders and Builders #biotech #clinicaltrials #lifesciences

💡 As Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” In an episode of Med Tech Gurus, co-founder Meri Beckwith shares how his first-hand experience participating in a COVID-19 trial revealed how broken the CRO model is and how Lindus Health is reimagining it with innovative, forward-thinking approaches that put patients and progress first. 🎧 Listen to the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/eecWAbaE
Rethinking Clinical Trial Incentives When Meri Beckwith volunteered for a COVID vaccine trial, he calculated each participant was worth $30,000. Yet the signup required downloading Internet Explorer for an unsecured WordPress site. His insight: CROs get paid hourly, creating perverse incentives to bloat timelines and complicate processes. At Lindus Health, Meri flipped the model - fixed costs, milestone-based payments. Their team only gets paid when trials progress. The results speak: 74% faster patient enrollment across their portfolio. Key takeaway: Patient experience isn't cosmetic - it directly impacts enrollment speed and protocol adherence, the two most critical success factors. #MedTechGurus #ClinicalTrials #HealthTech #MedTech #LindusHealth #ClinicalResearch #HealthcareInnovation #BusinessModel #PatientFirst #MedicalDevices #DigitalHealth #HealthcareTransformation #Innovation #Leadership
