  • Big day today as we announce the first AI Product Manager to make sense of every session, conversation, and interaction across your product stack!

    View profile for Matthew Arbesfeld

Co-founder at LogRocket and Thiel Fellow

Today, I’m excited to announce Galileo: the first AI Product Manager designed to make sense of every session, conversation, and interaction across your product stack! When we started LogRocket 10 years ago, we envisioned a world where you could understand how each and every customer uses your product. Working with larger clients like Ramp, Costco, CapitalOne, and Amazon, we saw frustration as they couldn’t review every user session, support ticket, and customer interaction. After 5 years in development, Galileo AI is finally here. It automatically watches user sessions, analyzes feedback, and monitors product updates to highlight what's working and pinpoint user struggles. Leading brands already trust Galileo: The Common Application (yes— the one we used to apply to college) uses Galileo to identify issues as students apply to college. “Galileo has saved us countless hours, and it gives us the confidence to know that we are choosing the right issues to solve.”  Dave Tiss, Common App “LogRocket Galileo is like having another person working for you.” Chema Roldan, Genial.ly "LogRocket gives us the leverage to see which issues need to be fixed" Eric Jones, Tecovas Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the past decade as we've worked to make this dream a reality. As part of our launch we’re giving away some one-of-a-kind Galileo swag! Just comment “Galileo” to enter.

💡 Design wasn’t the web’s original priority. Universality was. In the early days of HTML, the goal was radical flexibility... a universal medium that could work anywhere: across devices, languages, and writing modes. But then the <img> tag landed… and everything changed. On today’s episode of PodRocket with Miriam Suzanne, we talk about the tension at the heart of the web: How do you give creators design freedom without breaking accessibility and portability? 🎙️ This clip dives into: 1️⃣ Why true web universality is such a hard, and frankly absurd, challenge 2️⃣ The delicate balance between author control and user experience 3️⃣ How early decisions in HTML still shape the modern web today Check out the full convo using the links down below. 👇 YouTube: https://buff.ly/hKqRhM9 Apple: https://buff.ly/ZFB9NRi Spotify: https://buff.ly/unnKZIs

“In this era of AI especially, any company that takes a long time to do simple features is not going to be around too long. That’s a mindset we’re trying to get into the minds of our PMs.” That’s the message Jeremy Pollock, VP of Product at WP Engine, is drilling into his teams. He joined us on LaunchPod this week to talk about what it takes to keep up in the AI era. Speed isn’t just a competitive edge anymore. It’s survival. Jeremy shares how WP Engine is enabling PMs to move faster than ever: → Training and access to tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, OpenAI APIs → Real-time examples of how AI can cut work from weeks to hours → A strong internal culture of experimentation and shared learnings He also breaks down why big, ambitious goals are the key to driving momentum and getting teams to “eat their vegetables” and do the hard, necessary work. This episode is packed with ideas for any PM or product leader trying to ship faster and stay relevant. 📽️📖 Watch/listen/read & subscribe on Substack to never miss an episode: https://lnkd.in/eDTctNx5 📽️ Watch on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/eR8_SJW6 🎧 Listen on Spotify: https://lnkd.in/esxG-2Kk 🎧 Listen on Apple: https://lnkd.in/eAKruwxA

Funny how life comes full circle. It was such an honor to share a bit about my work at DispatchIt with Jessica, as part of LogRocket 's leader spotlight series. You see, I was raised in a hustle culture—side hustle, main hustle, family hustle… everyone had something going. For us, it was Mom selling imported goods from Dubai and China and occasionally fresh fish from our ancestral village. We’re a lake tribe, so the fish were caught with care, delivered with pride, and often pre-ordered by neighbors who trusted the quality and consistency. All while she managed a full time career as a nurse. It’s no wonder I’m so energized in this latest chapter of my career, leading Product at DispatchIt , a tech-forward, last-mile logistics platform. We power B2B delivery nationwide through an incredible community of gig drivers. Many of them hustle just like my family did, driven by the desire to build financial freedom. And we support them while delivering exceptional white-glove experiences to our enterprise customers across the country. This work feels personal. It feels purposeful. #LastMileLogistics #ProductLeadership #GigEconomy #WomenInTech #FullCircle Chief Executive Member

“I believe in building software that’s simple but not minimalist. Simplicity, for me, means making the customer’s purpose crystal clear and designing a smooth path to help them achieve it.” I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Joyce Schofield, Vice President of Product & Design at DispatchIt, about how she navigates the complexities of two-sided marketplaces and works to identify and address gaps in user experience. Joyce talked about considerations that are especially important when designing products for the gig environment. She also discussed her approach to building seamless, intuitive marketplace solutions, anchoring her work around purpose and shared value creation. “We want you to focus on the software you want to build—not the structure it runs on.” 💡 Remember when shipping to production just worked? These days, it often feels like an obstacle course of service integrations, broken environments, and last-mile complexity. But it doesn’t have to. In this episode of PodRocket, we sit down with Peter Pistorius to talk about how RedwoodSDK is rebuilding the joy of shipping software—without the magic tricks. Here’s what we cover: 1️⃣ Why developers should spend less time wrestling infrastructure and more time writing code. 2️⃣ How RedwoodSDK and Cloudflare combine to remove complexity from deploying modern apps. 3️⃣ What it actually looks like when your tools get out of the way, and just work. • Frontend vs Backend isn’t the real divide. 💡 The user doesn’t care where the UI logic lives — they just want it to work. Too often, teams organize around technology silos: backend in one corner, frontend in the other. Different rituals. Different tools. But that’s not how users think — and it’s not how we should be building. On this week’s episode of PodRocket, we unpack why approaching UI development from the user’s perspective, not from internal org charts, leads to better outcomes: 1️⃣ Client capabilities are evolving. Treating frontend like a thin layer no longer makes sense. 2️⃣ Blending frontend/backend responsibilities is tough — not because it's wrong, but because our teams and tools haven't caught up. 3️⃣ It’s time to think outside the tech stack and start thinking like users again. Curious about how we’re rethinking the boundaries between server and client? Check out the full conversation with Dan Abramov down below. 🎧 YouTube: https://buff.ly/efOicud 🎧 Apple: https://buff.ly/inVF2rv 🎧 Spotify: https://buff.ly/hQ5hCRs
