  • This week (Oct. 6–10) is Customer Service week and this year's theme is Mission Possible: Celebrating the Everyday Heroes of Service. We’re celebrating the people that are often the first voices, faces, and helping hands who make rider’s journeys that much easier. You can help us recognize these team members, too! If you notice a Metro staff member doing a great job, you can submit a S.T.A.R. form (short for Special Thanks and Recognition). This program honors employees who consistently knock it out of the park when it comes to creating great experiences for riders. Send us the forms virtually at Metro.net/Star or via one of our Customer Care Centers. It’s fast and totally free. Our staff will certainly appreciate it. Check out the video below to see the impact they make on the frontlines and take a moment to thank these teams for showing up with heart every day. ⭐
