Design Project | Interior architecture and design studio Atelier Roy-Heckl, named to the 2025 Luxe Gold List, transformed this 1990s Miami home into a refined haven.
"I’m all about mixing shapes and vibes. I love tying together organic shaped pieces with very architectural elements. Or playful pieces with antique objects. Just like the Roll and Hill chandelier perfectly balances the soft edges of the walnut table and the playful chairs. Or the Roly Poly chair, that beautifully contrasts the gilded antique German mirror." - Stephanie Roy-Heckl, Principal Designer and Founder of Atelier Roy-Heckl
Designed for a young family, the vision was to interpret their chic French heritage through the lens of an effortless Miami sensibility. Atelier Roy-Heckl balanced inviting, sophisticated European character with a breezy tropical context by thoughtfully layering color, blending antiques with contemporary pieces, and ensuring nothing felt out of place in the vibrant climate. The result is a richly textured space that celebrates both iconic and emerging design.
